SOUNDPROOF PLATE HAVING LOAD CARRYING CAPACITY INCREASED BY COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a soundproof plate having a composite structure with an augmented load carrying capacity which is installed between props around a noise generating area. An adhesive (500) is applied and solidified in a coupling portion on at least two opposite edge sides among four edges of a noise reflecting plate (300) and a coupling portion on a surface of at least two reinforcing frames (400). Accordingly, the noise reflecting plate (300) and at least two reinforcing frames (400) are integrally engaged and a load carrying capacity of the soundproof plate is augmented.
소음발생영역 주변의 지주와 지주 사이에 설치되는 내하중 능력이 증강된 합성 구조의 방음판에 관한 것으로, 소음반사판(300)의 네 개의 변 중 적어도 마주보는 두 개의 변 측의 결합 부위와 적어도 두 개의 보강프레임(400)의 일면의 결합 부위에 접착제(500)가 도포되어 경화됨에 따라 소음반사판(300)과 적어도 두 개의 보강프레임(400)은 일체로 합성되어 결합되게 되고 방음판의 내하중 능력이 증강된다.

The present invention relates to a soundproof plate having a composite structure with an augmented load carrying capacity which is installed between props around a noise generating area. 소음발생영역 주변의 지주와 지주 사이에 설치되는 내하중 능력이 증강된 합성 구조의 방음판에 관한 것으로, 소음반사판(300)의 네 개의 변 중 적어도 마주보는 두 개의 변 측의 결합 부위와 적어도 두 개의 보강프레임(400)의 일면의 결합 부위에 접착제(500)가 도포되어 경화됨에 따라 소음반사판(300)과 적어도 두 개의 보강프레임(400)은 일체로 합성되어 결합되게 되고 방음판의 내하중 능력이 증강된다.
