INSERT SOUND ABSORBING MEMBERS NOISE REDUCTION FUNCTIONALITY INTERLAYER STRUCTURE
According to the present invention, a structure for reducing floor to floor noise with a functional sound absorbing member inserted therein is supported by a support frame in a slab; a ceiling member finishes the ceiling after forming an installation space under the slab; supply and discharge pipes and cable wiring pipe are installed in the installation space; and a soundproofing layer is formed by filling an incombustible sound absorbing member in a spare space remained after installing the supply and discharge pipes and cable wiring pipe. According to the present invention, vibration can be removed while suppressing impact by weight from the upper floor and achieving an equilibrium for reducing friction. Sound propagation can be prevented by sealing, anti-vibration, etc. Noise from a room in the lower floor can be absorbed. The structure for reducing floor to floor noise with a functional sound absorbing member inserted therein can be installed within three to four hours without moving a living space; and enables users to reuse the structure in a new apartment by simply collecting the structure when moving to a new apartment.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 슬라브(slab) 사이에 지지틀로 지지되며, 상기 슬라브 하부에 설치공간을 형성시킨 후 천정부재로 천정마감하고, 상기 설치공간에 급배수 배관 및 전선 배선관이 설치되고, 상기 급배수 배관과 전선 배선관이 설치되고 남은 여유공간 내부에 난연흡음부재를 채워 넣어 방음층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이상 살펴본 바와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 위층에서 발생하는 중량 충격을 억제하고 마찰 감소 평형을 취하며 진동을 없앨 수 있으며, 밀폐, 방진 등에 의한 소리 전파를 차단할 수 있고, 아래층 실내에서 발생하는 소음도 흡음 처리할 수 있으며, 시공시 생활 공간의 이동 없이 시공할 수 있으며 서너 시간의 시공 시간으로 설치를 마칠 수 있고 아파트를 이사할 때 간단히 본 제품을 수거해 이사한 아파트에 재사용할 수 있는 기능성 흡음부재를 삽입한 층간소음 저감구조를 제공할 수 있다.
