PORCELAIN MANUFACTURING METHOD USING PLATE BONDING CELADON PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
The present invention relates to a method for shaping ceramics by using plate attachment. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramics by making a triangular tetrahedron or a tetrahedron, imprinting various traditional Korean patterns by using a gypsum frame, and attaching the triangular tetrahedron or tetrahedron in the shape of ceramics. The method comprises a ceramic body producing step, a plasticizing step, a plate forming step, a ceramics shaping step, a drying step, a first sintering (primary firing) step, a glaze applying step, and a second sintering (secondary firing) step. Paste which has gone through the plasticizing step is plate-molded into the triangular tetrahedron or the tetrahedron. The triangular tetrahedron or the tetrahedron is imprinted with the gypsum frame on which various patterns are formed, and then is attached according to a user′s design to be formed in the shape of ceramics. The triangular tetrahedron or the tetrahedron in the shape of ceramics is primarily sintered (at 800°C), is coated with the glaze, is secondarily sintered (1,300°C), and then is finished as ceramics.
본 발명은 판 접합을 이용하여 도자기를 성형하는 기법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 삼각면체 혹은 사각면체를 만들고 여러 가지 전통 문양을 석고 틀로 찍어낸 후 도자기 형태로 접합하는 도자기 제작기법에 관한 것으로서, 도자기 소지조성단계, 가소화단계, 판 형성단계, 도자기 성형단계, 건조단계, 1차 소성(초벌구이)단계, 유약 시유단계, 2차 소성(재벌구이)단계로 구성되며, 상기의 가소화단계를 거친 반죽을 삼각면체 또는 사각면체로 판 성형 후에 다양한 문양 등이 형성되어 있는 석고 틀로 찍어내어 사용자의 디자인 의도에 따라서 접합을 하여 도자기의 형상으로 성형을 한다. 상기와 같이 도자기의 형태를 구성하고 초벌구이(800℃), 유약 바르기, 재벌구이(1300℃)를 거쳐서 최종완성하게 된다.
