AMBIENT TEMPERATURE CURING TYPE CERAMIC FOAM BODY, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPLEX FOAM CONTAINING SUPPORT LAYER
Provided is a room-temperature curing type ceramic foam. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a room-temperature curing type ceramic foam comprises: a mineral filler; a mineral binding agent including at least one among magnesium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, or calcium phosphate; and a metal ion generated from carbonate. In addition, the ceramic foam may comprise at least two of the mineral filler, the mineral binding material, or the metal ion chemically cross-linked, and irregularly dispersed pores. According to the present invention, the ceramic foam is environmentally-friendly and does not have harmful effects on a human body.
상온 경화형 세라믹 발포체가 제공되고, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상온 경화형 세라믹 발포체는 무기질 필러, 인산 마그네슘, 황산 마그네슘, 또는 인산 칼슘 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 무기질 결합재, 그리고 탄산염으로부터 발생된 금속 이온을 포함하고, 무기질 필러, 무기질 결합재, 또는 금속 이온 중 2 이상이 화학적으로 상호 결합하고, 불규칙적으로 분포되어 있는 기공을 포함할 수 있다.
