LIQUID ANTIFREEZING AGENT FEEDER
Provided is a device to supply a liquid-phase antifreezing agent which is simply manufactured at low costs which does not require laying construction with respect to a road surface which obtains great dragging and diffusion effects even though a small amount of liquid-phase antifreezing agent is sprayed; and which is also able to be installed only during the winter season. The device to supply a liquid-phase antifreezing agent comprises: a storage part to store a liquid-phase antifreezing agent; a sensor part to detect all types of external situations; a control part to control a supply amount when the liquid-phase antifreezing agent is supplied in accordance with a detection result of the sensor part; a spraying nozzle part installed along a street to supply the liquid-phase antifreezing agent to a road surface; a liquid supply part to supply the liquid-phase antifreezing agent to the spraying nozzle part from the storage part; and a power part to drive the liquid supply part, the sensor part, and the control part. The liquid supply part comprises: a pump as an intermittent pressurized transfer unit; and an electric spraying valve to open and close a pipeline. The spraying nozzle part has a universal joint to adjust a spraying direction. As the liquid supply part and the spraying nozzle part are separately arranged by connecting the liquid supply part and the spraying nozzle part using a delivery pipe, the device to supply a liquid-phase antifreezing agent is simply manufactured at low costs; does not require laying construction with respect to the road surface; and obtains great dragging and diffusion effects while spraying a small amount of the liquid-phase antifreezing agent.
본 발명은 저렴하며 간단히 제작할 수 있고, 노면에 대한 매설공사가 불필요하며, 적은 액상 동결 방지제의 살포를 통해 커다란 드래깅(dragging) 및 확산효과가 얻어지며, 겨울에만 설치할 수도 있는 액상 동결 방지제 공급장치를 제공한다. 액상 동결 방지제를 저류하는 저류부와, 각종 외부 상황을 검출하는 센서부와, 상기 센서부의 검출결과에 따라 공급시 및 공급량을 제어하는 제어부와, 길가에 설치되어 상기 액상 동결 방지제를 노면에 공급하는 분사 노즐부와, 상기 액상 동결 방지제를 저류부로부터 분사 노즐부까지 공급하는 액(液)공급부와, 상기 액공급부, 센서부, 제어부를 구동하는 전원부를 구비한 액상 동결 방지제 공급장치로서, 상기 액공급부는 간헐 가압이송수단인 펌프, 관로(管路)를 개폐하는 분사 전동 밸브를 구비하고, 상기 분사 노즐부는 분사방향을 조절할 수 있는 유니버설 조인트(universal joint)를 구비하며, 상기 액공급부와 분사 노즐부를 송액관(送液管)으로 접속함으로써, 액공급부와 분사 노즐부를 분리 배치할 수 있기 때문에, 저렴하며 간단히 제작할 수 있고, 노면에 대한 매설공사가 불필요하며, 또한 적은 액상 동결 방지제의 살포를 통해 커다란 드래깅(dragging) 및 확산효과가 얻어진다.
