SOUNDPROOF PANEL FOR SOUNDPROOF WALL AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel installed in a railway side or a road side to prevent noise generated when a vehicle or a high-speed train drives from being transmitted to the outside and, more specifically, relates to the soundproof panel for a soundproof wall which has strong durability without deformation by having an air layer inside while wooden powder and yellow ocher are mixed into a synthetic resin binder and produced by being pressed; and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method thereof comprises: (S1) a raw material mixing step of heating a mixture in which 45-55 wt% of a binder fillet, 41-49 wt% of the wooden powder, and 3.5-5 wt% of the yellow ocher are mixed, at a temperature of 120-150°C in order for the mixture to evenly be mixed; (S2) an additive mixing step of generating a mixed raw material by adding 0.5-1 wt% of an additive to the mixture; (S3) a mixture extrusion step of producing a pressed raw material by extruding the mixture at a temperature of 110-140°C; (S4) a mixture crushing step of producing a crushed raw material by smashing the pressed raw material in a fillet form of 3-5 mm^3; (S5) a crushed raw material heating step maintaining a gel state by softening the crushed raw material in the gel state by heating the crushed raw material at a temperature of 130-160°C; and (S6) a soundproof panel extrusion step of extruding the heated crushed raw material at a temperature of 110-130°C, and extruding a plate-shaped soundproof panel (10) which has a plurality of connection holes (11) connected in a longitudinal direction of a cross section and arranged in a widthwise direction. The plate-shaped soundproof panel (10) for the soundproof wall is produced through the steps in order.
차량 혹은 고속전철등이 주행될 경우 발생되는 소음을 외부로 전달되지 않도록 도로변 혹은 철로변에 설치되는 방음패널에 관한 것으로, 특히 목분과 황토를 합성수지 바인더에 혼합한 상태에서 내부에 공기층을 형성하면서 압출 형성하여 생산함으로써, 변형이 없이 내구성이 강한 방음벽용 방음패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉 바인더 필렛 45∼55중량%와 목분 41∼49중량%와 황토 3.5∼5중량%를 혼합한 혼합재료에 120∼150℃의 온도를 가하여 고르게 혼합되도록 하는 원재료 혼합단계(S1)와; 혼합재료에 첨가제 0.5∼1중량%를 첨가시켜 혼합원료를 생성하는 첨가제 혼합단계(S2)와; 혼합원료를 110∼140℃의 온도로 압출하여 가압원료를 생산하는 혼합 원료 압출단계(S3)와; 가압원료를 3∼5㎣의 필렛 형태로 분쇄하여 분쇄원료를 생산하는 혼합원료 분쇄단계(S4)와; 분쇄원료를 130∼160℃의 온도로 가열하여 분쇄원료가 젤 화로 연화되어 젤 상태를 유지하도록 하는 분쇄원료 가열단계(S5)와; 가열된 분쇄원료를 110∼130℃의 온도로 압출하되 단면의 길이방향으로 연통하고 넓이 방향으로 다수 나열되는 연통공(11)을 형성한 판형태의 방음패널(10)을 압출하는 방음패널 압출단계(S6)를 각각 순차적으로 거쳐서 판형태의 방음벽용 방음패널(10)을 생산하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
