METHOD OF IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF THE CABLE FIXING APPARATUS AND A CABLE FIXING APPARATUS USING THE SAME METHOD
The present invention relates to a method to improve performance of a cable anchoring device using a grip socket, and a cable anchoring device using the same. The cable anchoring device anchoring a cable into a socket comprises: a grip socket enclosing an end of the cable, and fixating an end; and a pressing ring pressed to an outer circumference of the grip socket. The method to improve performance of the cable anchoring device comprises: a grip socket installation step of connecting the cable anchoring device and the grip socket, wherein the cable anchoring device reinforces a compression force of the cable since the pressing ring presses the grip socket; a pressing ring installation step of applying the compression force using the pressing ring; a pressing ring assembly step of assembling the pressing ring using an assembly method using a wire or a screw clamping method; and an end cap installation step of fixating the end of the cable by inserting an end cap into an end cap inlet of the grip socket to prevent the end of the cable from being unwound. The method to improve performance of the cable anchoring device using the grip socket and the cable anchoring device using the same prevents shear fracture and sliding fracture of the cable by maximizing frictional resistance and shear resistance.
본 발명은 그립소켓을 이용한 케이블 정착장치 및 이를 이용한 케이블 정착장치의 성능 개선 방법에 관한 것으로서, 소켓 내부에 케이블을 정착하는 케이블 정착장치에 있어서, 상기 케이블의 단부를 감싸고 고정하는 그립소켓과 상기 그립소켓의 외주 둘레에서 압착되는 가압링을 포함하고, 상기 가압링은 상기 그립소켓을 압착하여 상기 케이블의 압축력을 보강하는 케이블 정착장치와 그립소켓을 결합하는 그립소켓 설치단계, 링 형태의 가압링을 이용하여 압축력을 인가하는 가압링 설치단계, 상기 가압링이 나사 조임 방식 또는 철선을 이용한 조립 방식을 사용하여 상기 가압링을 조립하는 가압링 조립단계 및 상기 케이블 단부의 풀림 방지를 목적으로 상기 그립소켓의 엔드캡 주입구에 엔드캡을 끼워 상기 케이블의 끝 단부를 고정하는 엔드캡 설치단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 방법을 제공하여 전단저항과 마찰저항을 극대화하여 케이블의 전단 파괴 및 미끄러짐 파괴를 방지하는 보다 향상된 케이블 정착장치 및 이를 이용한 케이블 정착장치의 성능 개선 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method to improve performance of a cable anchoring device using a grip socket, and a cable anchoring device using the same. The cable anchoring device anchoring a cable into a socket comprises: a grip socket enclosing an end of the cable, and fixating an end; and a pressing ring pressed to an outer circumference of the grip socket.
