DEVICE FOR CLOSING AND OPENING APPARATUS FOR SUBWAY TRAIN DOOR
The present invention relates to a device to open and close a door of an electric rail car. In an existing invention, a user waited for a dozen of seconds for an air exhaust time since the air exhaust time in a cylinder is long during an emergency operation causing a dangerous situation, and the waited time misunderstood as a failure. The device to open and close a door of an electric rail car comprises: a door opening and closing cylinder opening and closing a door; a solenoid valve selectively supplying air of an air supply unit in an opening or closing direction of the door opening and closing cylinder; an emergency opening and closing valve outputting air to the solenoid valve through a normal outlet (A) in a normal operation by receiving the air of the air supply unit, and discharging the air to an emergency exit (B) in an emergency operation; a cylinder air discharge unit discharging air of the door opening and closing cylinder in the air in the emergency operation; and a cylinder air supply unit supplying the air discharged through the emergency exit (B) in the emergency operation to the door opening and closing cylinder, and controlling the door to be open. According to the present invention, the device to open and close the door of an electric rail car is controlled in an emergency opening state wherein the door is immediately open when only the emergency opening and closing valve is operated.
본 발명은 전동차 도어의 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 비상 작동시 실린더 내의 에어 배기 시간이 길어서 에어 배기시간 동안 수십초를 대기하여야 하므로 위험상황을 초래할 수 있고, 고장으로 오인하여 당황하게되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은, 도어를 개폐시키는 도어 개폐 실린더와, 에어 공급수단의 에어를 상기 도어 개폐 실린더의 열림 또는 닫힘 방향으로 선택 공급하는 솔레노이드 밸브와, 상기 에어공급수단의 에어를 입력받아 정상 작동시 정상출구(A)를 통해 상기 솔레노이드 밸브측으로 에어를 출력하고, 비상작동시 비상출구(B)로 에어를 출력하는 비상개폐밸브와, 비상 작동시 상기 도어 개폐실린더의 에어를 대기중으로 배기시키는 실린더 에어 배기수단과, 비상 작동시 상기 비상출구(B)를 통해 출력되는 에어를 도어 개폐 실린더에 공급하여 도어를 열림 상태로 제어하는 실린더 에어공급수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 비상개폐밸브만 작동시키면 즉시 도어가 열리는 비상열림 상태로 제어된다.

본 발명은 전동차 도어의 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 비상 작동시 실린더 내의 에어 배기 시간이 길어서 에어 배기시간 동안 수십초를 대기하여야 하므로 위험상황을 초래할 수 있고, 고장으로 오인하여 당황하게되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은, 도어를 개폐시키는 도어 개폐 실린더와, 에어 공급수단의 에어를 상기 도어 개폐 실린더의 열림 또는 닫힘 방향으로 선택 공급하는 솔레노이드 밸브와, 상기 에어공급수단의 에어를 입력받아 정상 작동시 정상출구(A)를 통해 상기 솔레노이드 밸브측으로 에어를 출력하고, 비상작동시 비상출구(B)로 에어를 출력하는 비상개폐밸브와, 비상 작동시 상기 도어 개폐실린더의 에어를 대기중으로 배기시키는 실린더 에어 배기수단과, 비상 작동시 상기 비상출구(B)를 통해 출력되는 에어를 도어 개폐 실린더에 공급하여 도어를 열림 상태로 제어하는 실린더 에어공급수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 비상개폐밸브만 작동시키면 즉시 도어가 열리는 비상열림 상태로 제어된다.
