The present invention relates to a compaction grouting system in a complex ground improvement concept, in which mortar grout is pressurized, compacted, and injected to an improvement target ground to form a mortar grout improvement body and the original ground is pressurized and compacted. For improvement of construction efficiency and quality, mortar grout is simultaneously distributed and injected in parallel through multiple injection holes formed under the ground, and pillar-shaped improvement bodies are configured in uniform and formal specifications by underground indentation of the mortar grout. As means for efficiently performing the process, a process of continuously mixing, producing, and supplying mortar grout to be indented into the ground in the field in a process of achieving a mortar grout compaction grouting system includes a system and a method in which the quality of mortar grout and quality management means are more uniform and easier than the current method. A process of supplying mortar grout to each position of an improvement target ground includes mortar grout parallel simultaneous distribution supply system and method for increasing construction efficiency and reducing construction costs. A process of forming a mortar grout pillar-shaped improvement body by pressurizing mortar grout into the ground includes an apparatus and a method in which formation specifications of the mortar grout pillar-shaped improvement body are as formal and uniform as possible.
개량대상지반에 몰탈그라우트를 압력다짐주입하여 몰탈그라우트 개량체를 형성시키고 원지반을 압축다짐하는 지반복합개량 개념의 콤팩션그라우팅시스템에서, 시공효율의 증진과 시공품질의 개선을 위해 지중에 형성된 다수 개소의 주입공으로 몰탈그라우트를 병렬동시분배주입하여 몰탈그라우트의 지중압입에 의한 주상개량체가 균질하고 정형화된 규격으로 조성되며 그 과정이 효율적으로 수행되도록 하기 위한 수단으로, 몰탈그라우트 콤팩션그라우팅시스템이 성립되는 과정 중에서 지중에 압입될 몰탈그라우트를 현장에서 연속식으로 배합생산하여 공급하는 과정에서는 몰탈그라우트의 품질과 품질관리수단이 현행의 방법보다 더 균질하고 용이하도록 하는 시스템과 방법을 포함하며, 몰탈그라우트를 개량대상지반의 각 위치에 공급하는 과정에서는 시공효율의 증대와 공사원가 절감을 위한 몰탈그라우트 병렬 동시분배공급 시스템과 방법을 포함하며, 몰탈그라우트가 지중에 압입되어 몰탈그라우트 주상개량체를 형성시키는 과정에서는 몰탈그라우트 주상개량체의 형성규격이 가급적 정형화되고 균질화 되도록 하는 장치와 그 방법을 포함한다.
