CONCRETE FILLED STEEL TUBE WITH IMPROVED HEAT RESISTING CHARACTERISTICS AND DURABILITY
The present invention relates to a steel pipe and, more specifically, relates to a concrete-filled steel pipe. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the concrete-filled steel pipe comprises: an outer steel pipe filled with concrete; and one or more reinforcing beams arranged on an outer steel pipe in a longitudinal direction of the outer steel pipe, wherein the reinforcing beams have a shape of a curved cross section. According to the present invention, the concrete-filled steel pipe is reinforced by the curved reinforcing beam placed inside the concrete-filled steel pipe; thus the concrete-filled steel pipe improves fireproof performance by delaying a sudden contraction in a fire without an additional fireproofing protection.
본 발명은 강관에 관한것으로 보다 상세하게는 콘크리트 충전강관에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 콘크리트 충전강관은 내부에 콘크리트가 충전되는 외부강관 및 굴곡된 단면 형상을 가지는 하나 이상의 보강 빔이 상기 콘크리트가 충전되는 외부강관 내부에 외부강관의 길이방향을 따라 구비된다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 충전강관은 콘크리트 충전강관 내부에 굴곡된 보강빔을 보강함으로써 별도의 내화피복을 하지 않고서도 화재시 급격한 수축을 지연시켜 내화성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
