FIXING STRUCTURE OF CEILING-INSPECTION COVER
The objective of the present invention is to suppress a part fixing an inspection cover to a ceiling from being seen through the surface of the ceiling. Floating of the inspection cover (4) is prevented by fixing the inspection cover (4) inserted from a rear side of the ceiling to an edge of an inspection part (3) by a fixing tool (5) as to the inspection part (3) of the ceiling. A standing piece (3a) and a support part (3b) are formed at an external edge piece (4d) of the inspection part (3). The inspection cover (4) has an insertion hole (10) around an external edge. The fixing tool (5) comprises: a manipulation axis member (11) inserted into the insertion hole (10); and a protrusion fixing body (12) which is installed at the manipulation axis member (11) inserted into the insertion hole (10) on the rear surface of the inspection cover (4). The protrusion fixing body (12) is installed with a latch part (24) fixed to the standing piece (3a) of a ceiling panel (2). The latch part (24) is formed in a square C shape, and inserts the external edge piece (4d) of the inspection cover (4) and the support part (3b) of the standing piece (3a) while the external edge piece (4d) of the inspection cover (4) and the support part (3b) of the standing piece (3a) are overlapped.
(과제) 점검 덮개를 천장에 걸림 고정하는 부위가 천장의 표면측에서 보아 눈으로 확인되는 것을 억제한다. (해결수단) 천장의 점검구(3)에 대해서 천장 이면측으로부터 끼워 맞춰진 점검 덮개(4)를 고정 도구(5)에 의해서 점검구(3)의 가장자리부에 고정하여 점검 덮개(4)의 떠오름을 방지한다. 점검구(3)의 외부 가장자리 편(4d)에는 기립편(3a)과 지지부(3b)가 형성되어 있다. 점검 덮개(4)는 외부 가장자리 근방에 삽입 구멍(10)이 형성되어 있다. 고정 도구(5)는 삽입 구멍(10)에 삽입되는 조작 축 부재(11)와, 점검 덮개(4)의 이면에 있어서 삽입 구멍(10)에 삽입된 조작 축 부재(11)에 장착되는 걸림고정체(12)를 구비한다. 걸림고정체(12)는 천장 패널(2)의 기립편(3a)에 걸림 고정되는 래치부(24)가 설치되어 있다. 래치부(24)는 コ자 형상으로 형성되어 있으며, 점검 덮개(4)의 외부 가장자리 편(4d)과 기립편(3a)의 지지부(3b)가 겹쳐진 상태에 있어서, 점검 덮개(4)의 외부 가장자리 편(4d)과 기립편(3a)의 지지부(3b)를 끼워 넣는다.

The objective of the present invention is to suppress a part fixing an inspection cover to a ceiling from being seen through the surface of the ceiling. Floating of the inspection cover (4) is prevented by fixing the inspection cover (4) inserted from a rear side of the ceiling to an edge of an inspection part (3) by a fixing tool (5) as to the inspection part (3) of the ceiling.
