SURFACE PROCESSING METHOD USING ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method of improving a waterproof function and a corrosion prevention function by improving interfacial adhesion performance by maximizing a coating effect of a primer and a coating agent by treating a surface of a concrete material and asphalt concrete of a building such as a road, a bridge, a tunnel structure, a river structure, and a marine structure by a low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma surface treating method. The plasma surface treating method is to treat a base layer using the atmospheric pressure plasma device before one or more among the primer, the coating agent, a waterproof agent, and a repairing agent are applied on the base layer composed of either the concrete or the asphalt concrete.
본 발명은 저온 대기압 플라즈마 표면처리 방법에 의한 도로, 교량,터널구조물, 강 구조물, 해양구조물 등과 같은 건축물의 아스콘 및 콘크리트 재질의 표면을 처리하여 프라이머 및 코팅제의 도포 효과를 극대화시켜 계면접착성을 높여 방수 및 부식 방지 기능을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
