SUPER SLIM TYPE INSULATION CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM
The present invention relates to an ultra-slim insulation curtain wall system which can prevent or minimize the heal loss or heal acquisition in a curtain wall structure to improve the thermal performance while having an ultra-slip shape to secure larger space and area for the wall body and provide a beautiful appearance without using any additional decorative exterior materials when being applied to a transmission part. According to the present invention, the ultra-slim insulation curtain wall system includes: a curtain wall frame; a dual-glass unit installed on the curtain wall frame; and a thermal insulation means arranged in a space between the glass units in the dual-glass unit. The thermal insulation means includes: a pair of thermal insulation members; a dehumidifying agent arranged between the thermal insulation members; and a sealing means arranged between the curtain wall frame and ends of the pair of thermal insulation members. The thermal insulation means can otherwise include: a dehumidifying/thermal insulation member providing dehumidifying and thermal insulation functions; a thermal insulation member which is arranged between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and glass on a side; an air layer which is formed between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and the thermal insulation member; and a sealing means which is arranged between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and the curtain wall frame facing an end of a vacuum thermal insulation member.
본 발명은 커튼월 구조에서 발생하는 열손실 및 열취득을 방지 또는 최소화하여 열성능을 개선할 수 있음과 동시에, 초슬림형으로 구성할 수 있어 벽체 부위의 공간면적 확보를 도모할 수 있으며, 투과부분에 적용 시 별도의 미려 외관자재 없이 미려한 외관을 제공할 수 있는 초슬림형 단열커튼월 시스템을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 커튼월 프레임; 상기 커튼월 프레임에 설치되는 이중 유리; 및 상기 이중 유리 사이 공간에 구비되는 단열 수단;을 포함하며, 상기 단열 수단은 한 쌍의 단열부재, 상기 단열 부재 사이에 구비되는 제습제, 및 상기 커튼월 프레임과 한 쌍의 단열부재의 단부 사이에 구비되는 실링 수단을 포함하거나, 커튼월 프레임; 상기 커튼월 프레임에 설치되는 이중 유리; 및 상기 이중 유리 사이 공간에 구비되는 단열 수단을 포함하며, 상기 단열 수단은 제습과 단열 기능을 제공하는 제습/단열 부재, 상기 제습/단열 부재와 일측의 유리 사이에 구비되는 단열 부재, 상기 제습/단열 부재와 단열 부재 사이에 형성되는 공기층, 및 상기 제습/단열 부재 및 진공 단열 부재의 단부와 면하는 상기 커튼월 프레임 사이에 구비되는 실링 수단을 포함하는 초슬림형 단열 커튼월 시스템을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to an ultra-slim insulation curtain wall system which can prevent or minimize the heal loss or heal acquisition in a curtain wall structure to improve the thermal performance while having an ultra-slip shape to secure larger space and area for the wall body and provide a beautiful appearance without using any additional decorative exterior materials when being applied to a transmission part. According to the present invention, the ultra-slim insulation curtain wall system includes: a curtain wall frame; a dual-glass unit installed on the curtain wall frame; and a thermal insulation means arranged in a space between the glass units in the dual-glass unit. The thermal insulation means includes: a pair of thermal insulation members; a dehumidifying agent arranged between the thermal insulation members; and a sealing means arranged between the curtain wall frame and ends of the pair of thermal insulation members. The thermal insulation means can otherwise include: a dehumidifying/thermal insulation member providing dehumidifying and thermal insulation functions; a thermal insulation member which is arranged between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and glass on a side; an air layer which is formed between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and the thermal insulation member; and a sealing means which is arranged between the dehumidifying/thermal insulation member and the curtain wall frame facing an end of a vacuum thermal insulation member.
