INSULATING FRAME FOR INSTALLING AUTO DOOR DRIVER EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to an insulation frame for installing an automatic door driving unit and, more specifically, to a new concept technology of blocking indoor heat from being conducted to the exterior through an exterior material to remove interior and exterior temperature difference, to prevent dew condensation, to reduce heat loss to the exterior, and to drastically reduce heating energy. As a conventional driving unit installation frame is made of an integrated metal plate and is thermally conductive to have dew condensation caused by the interior and exterior temperature difference and decease the insulation performance due to heat loss to the outside. Particularly, the driving unit installation frame is formed of a single layer, has no insulation performance, and has a vulnerable structure. A technical characteristic of the present invention in active consideration of such circumstances is that a synthetic resin insulation material installed between the exterior material and reinforcement material blocks heat loss to the exterior, and a thermal conduction prevention caulking material filled in and bonded to a thermal conduction blocking cut unit formed at the upper and lower portions of the exterior material blocks the thermal conduction between the interior and exterior.
본 발명은 자동문 구동부 설치용 단열프레임에 관한 것으로, 특히 외장재를 통해 실내의 열이 실외로 열전도 됨을 차단하여 실, 내외의 온도차이를 없애 결로현상을 방지함은 물론 외부로의 열손실을 줄여 난방에너지를 대폭 절감하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 구동부 설치프레임은 일체형의 금속재 판재로 구성됨으로써 열전도가 잘되어 실, 내외의 온도차이로 인한 결로현상이 발생함은 물론 외부로 손실되는 열이 많아 단열성이 저하되며, 특히 상기 구동부 설치프레임은 단일겹으로 이루어져 단열성능이 없을 뿐만 아니라 구조강도가 매우 취약한 실정이다. 본 발명은 이러한 실정을 적극 감안하여 외장재와 보강재의 사이에 설치된 합성수지 단열재가 외부로의 열손실을 차단하도록 하고, 상기 외장재의 상하에 형성된 열전도차단 절개부에 채움 접합된 열전도방지 코킹재가 실, 내외 간의 열전도 현상을 차단할 수 있도록 함을 기술적인 특징으로 한다.
