FIREPROOFING COVERING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a fireproof covering material which comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of cement: 20 to 80 parts by weight of pearlite; 20 to 50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 10 to 30 parts by weight of silica fume; 20 to 50 parts by weight of an acrylic resin; 2 to 10 parts by weight of at least two reinforced fibers having different melting points; 2 to 10 parts by weight of a thickening agent; and 0.02 to 0.2 parts by weight of an air entrainment additive. Provided is the fireproof covering material which sufficiently alleviates internal water vapor pressure in case of fire and prevents transformation of structures such as steel frame, concrete structure, etc. due to high level of heat by minimizing heat transmission to the structure.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부에 대해, 펄라이트 20 내지 80중량부, 탄산칼슘 20 내지 50중량부, 실리카흄 10 내지 30중량부, 아크릴수지 20 내지 50중량부, 용융점이 다른 2가지 이상의 보강섬유 2 내지 10중량부, 증점제 2 내지 10중량부, 기포연행제 0.02 내지 0.2중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화피복재에 관한 것이다.
