APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DEFLECTION OF WINDOW PROFILE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing deflection of a window member to prevent deflection of the member and to reinforce a structure by installing a separate device at a portion where deflection of the member is expected by the load of a glass or a window and applying tension thereto in a window frame structure in which multiple vertical members and horizontal members are combined. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preventing deflection of a window member to prevent deflection of a member (11) caused by a load in a window frame (10) structure in which multiple members are combined in vertical and horizontal directions comprises: at least a pair of fixed members (110) which are fixed and installed on both sides of a side of the member (11) opposed to a side applied with a load to face each other and through which fastening holes (113a) penetrate; and a tension adjustment member (120), both sides of which are coupled to the pair of fastening holes (113a), and which applies tension to the member (11) while adjusting the separation distance between the fixed members (110) by a rotation operation.
본 발명은 복수의 수직부재와 수평부재가 조합 구성된 창틀 구조에서 유리나 창짝 등의 하중에 의한 부재의 변형이 예상되는 부위에 별도의 장치를 설치하여 인장력을 가해줌으로써, 부재의 변형 방지는 물론 구조를 보강해줄 수 있는 창호부재 변형 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 복수의 부재가 수직 및 수평 방향으로 조합된 창틀(10) 구조에서 하중에 의한 부재(11)의 변형을 방지해줄 수 있도록 한 창호부재 변형 방지 장치에 있어서, 하중이 가해지는 부재(11)의 반대면 양측에 대향되게 고정설치되며, 체결공(113a)이 관통형성되는 적어도 한 쌍의 고정부재(110); 및 상기 한 쌍의 체결공(113a)에 양측이 결합되며, 회전조작에 의해 상기 고정부재(110) 사이의 이격거리가 조절되면서 상기 부재(11)에 인장력을 가해주는 인장조절부재(120);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
