HINGE INTEGRAL TYPE DOOR CHECKER USING GEAR RETIO
The present invention relates to a door checker installed integrally with a door hinge as a type using a gear ratio. The present invention is to provide a hinge integrated door checker. As a type of combining two gears, a new type of door checker is embodied. When the first gear rotating identically to a hinge shaft rotates as much as a door full open amount of 70°, the second gear can rotate twice to three times by a gear ratio. As a section capable of embodying a door operation force is secured to be long, the door checker has durability, allows the door to stand still in three or more stages, makes an operation force embodiment section at least twice as long as an existing door checker, and provides operation force having the same emotional aspect as an existing hinge separated door checker.
본 발명은 기어비를 이용하는 타입으로서 도어 힌지에 일체형으로 설치되는 도어체커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 2개의 기어를 조합한 타입으로서 힌지축과 동일하게 회전하는 제1기어가 도어 풀 오픈량 70°만큼 회전할 때 제2기어는 기어비에 의해 2∼3배 이상 회전할 수 있게 하는 새로운 형태의 도어 체커를 구현함으로써, 도어 작동력을 구현할 수 있는 구간을 길게 확보할 수 있어 내구성능에 유리하며, 3단 이상의 도어 멈춤도 구현할 수 있는 한편, 작동력 구현 구간을 2배 이상 길게 만들 수 있으므로, 기존의 힌지 분리형 도어체커와 동일하게 감성적인 측면의 작동력을 구현할 수 있는 기어비를 이용한 힌지 일체형 도어체커를 제공한다.
