PUSH-PULL DOOR LOCK HAVING ROTATABLE LATCH BOLT
Disclosed is a push-pull door lock having a rotatable latch bolt, allowing the resistance-free rotation of a latch bolt to the forced direction to unlock a locked door when a user pushes or pulls a handle to open the door, thereby allowing free access and preventing damage to the latch bolt or relevant components by lateral pressure caused when the user pushes the door. To achieve this, unlike a conventional structure of sliding or rotating of the latch bolt, the push-pull door lock fixates the latch bolt by a vertical latch bolt fixing shaft, has a latch bolt rotation interposition at one side. The push-pull door lock comprises a driving lever moving forward and backward by a lever handle rotating by the pushing or pulling operation of the inner or outer handle, and a lever stopper moving forward or backward on the rotation track of the latch bolt rotation interposition by the driving lever in order to rotate or stop the rotation of the latch bolt rotation interposition. Therefore, the push-pull door lock has high durability and allows a highly reliable operation.
본 발명은 문을 열어야 할 경우 사용자가 핸들을 밀거나 당기는 동작만으로 래치볼트가 회동하여 문의 잠김 상태가 해제됨과 동시에 밀리는 방향으로 아무런 저항없이 회동하도록 함으로써 입출이 자유롭게 함과 아울러 사용자가 문을 미는 측압이 발생되더라도 래치볼트 및 관련 부품들에 아무런 손상이 발생하지 않도록 하지 않도록 한 로테이터블 래치볼트를 갖는 푸쉬풀 도어락을 개시한다. 본 발명은 이를 위하여 래치볼트가 습동하거나 회전하는 일반적인 구조와는 달리 래치볼트를 수직상의 래치볼트고정축으로 고정함과 동시에 일측에 래치볼트회동간을 형성하며, 도어록 외부 및 내부의 손잡이를 당기거나 미는 동작으로 회전하는 레버 핸들에 의하여 전후진하는 구동레버와, 상기 구동레버에 의하여 상기 래치볼트회동간의 회동 궤적 상으로 진퇴되는 레버스토퍼에 의하여 상기 래치볼트회동간의 회동 또는 회동 정지되도록 하여 내구성 및 신뢰성 높은 동작이 가능하게 되는 유용한 효과가 있다.
