CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF SUBMERGED FLOATING TUNNEL UNIT
The present invention relates to a sealing connection structure of a submerged floating tunnel unit and, more specifically, to a sealing connection structure of first and second submerged floating tunnel units which are consecutively connected to each other to form a submerged floating tunnel and have first and second longitudinal through parts in the centers thereof. The sealing connection structure of a submerged floating tunnel is described as follows. A first coupling groove and a first coupling protrusion are formed in one end of the first submerged floating tunnel unit, and a second coupling groove and a second coupling protrusion are formed in the other end of the second submerged floating tunnel unit. A third coupling protrusion and a third coupling groove coupled to the first coupling groove and the first coupling protrusion are formed in one surface of a rubber seal, and a fourth coupling protrusion and a fourth coupling groove coupled to the second coupling groove and the second coupling protrusion are formed in the other surface of the rubber seal to allow the rubber seal to adhere to first and second submerged floating tunnel units. According to the present invention, the rubber seal is securely coupled to the submerged floating tunnel units by forming coupling grooves and coupling protrusions in the connection part of the first and second submerged floating tunnel units and forming multiple coupling protrusions and coupling grooves in both surfaces of the rubber seal formed between the first and second submerged floating tunnel units to couple the first and second submerged floating tunnel units to each other.
본 발명은 해중 터널 단위체의 밀봉 연결 구조에 관한 것으로; 해중 터널을 구성하도록 연속적으로 연결되며 중앙에 길이방향의 제1 및 제2 관통부가 형성되는 제1 및 제2 해중 터널 단위체로 이루어지는 해중 터널 단위체의 밀봉 연결 구조에 있어서, 상기 제1 해중 터널 단위체의 일단부에는 제1 결합홈 및 제1 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제2 해중 터널 단위체의 타단부에는 제2 결합홈 및 제2 결합돌기가 형성되며, 상기 제1 결합홈 및 제1 결합돌기에 결합되는 제3 결합돌기 및 제3 결합홈이 일측면에 형성되고 상기 제2 결합홈 및 제2 결합돌기에 결합되는 제4 결합돌기 및 제4 결합홈이 타측면에 형성되는 고무실링이 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제1 및 제2해중터널 단위체의 연결부위에 결합홈 및 결합돌기를 형성하고 제1 및 제2해중터널 단위체 사이에 구비되는 고무실링의 양측면에 다수개의 결합돌기 및 결합홈을 형성하여 결합시킴으로써 고무실링과 터널 단위체가 서로 견고하게 결합되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a sealing connection structure of a submerged floating tunnel unit and, more specifically, to a sealing connection structure of first and second submerged floating tunnel units which are consecutively connected to each other to form a submerged floating tunnel and have first and second longitudinal through parts in the centers thereof. The sealing connection structure of a submerged floating tunnel is described as follows. A first coupling groove and a first coupling protrusion are formed in one end of the first submerged floating tunnel unit, and a second coupling groove and a second coupling protrusion are formed in the other end of the second submerged floating tunnel unit. A third coupling protrusion and a third coupling groove coupled to the first coupling groove and the first coupling protrusion are formed in one surface of a rubber seal, and a fourth coupling protrusion and a fourth coupling groove coupled to the second coupling groove and the second coupling protrusion are formed in the other surface of the rubber seal to allow the rubber seal to adhere to first and second submerged floating tunnel units. According to the present invention, the rubber seal is securely coupled to the submerged floating tunnel units by forming coupling grooves and coupling protrusions in the connection part of the first and second submerged floating tunnel units and forming multiple coupling protrusions and coupling grooves in both surfaces of the rubber seal formed between the first and second submerged floating tunnel units to couple the first and second submerged floating tunnel units to each other.
본 발명은 해중 터널 단위체의 밀봉 연결 구조에 관한 것으로; 해중 터널을 구성하도록 연속적으로 연결되며 중앙에 길이방향의 제1 및 제2 관통부가 형성되는 제1 및 제2 해중 터널 단위체로 이루어지는 해중 터널 단위체의 밀봉 연결 구조에 있어서, 상기 제1 해중 터널 단위체의 일단부에는 제1 결합홈 및 제1 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제2 해중 터널 단위체의 타단부에는 제2 결합홈 및 제2 결합돌기가 형성되며, 상기 제1 결합홈 및 제1 결합돌기에 결합되는 제3 결합돌기 및 제3 결합홈이 일측면에 형성되고 상기 제2 결합홈 및 제2 결합돌기에 결합되는 제4 결합돌기 및 제4 결합홈이 타측면에 형성되는 고무실링이 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제1 및 제2해중터널 단위체의 연결부위에 결합홈 및 결합돌기를 형성하고 제1 및 제2해중터널 단위체 사이에 구비되는 고무실링의 양측면에 다수개의 결합돌기 및 결합홈을 형성하여 결합시킴으로써 고무실링과 터널 단위체가 서로 견고하게 결합되는 효과가 있다.
