HIGH-STRENGTH HEAVYWEIGHT CONCRETE COMPOSITE AND THE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
Disclosed is a high-strength and high-density concrete composition. The concrete composition uses steelmaking SC stones, balls, and powder which are obtained by atomizing steel slag in place of coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, thereby being suitable for construction of concrete structures which require high strength and high density such as PHC pile, concrete for protecting submarine cables, tetrapod, etc. The concrete composition of the present invention comprises: 30 to 50 wt% of coarse aggregates; 30 to 50 wt% of fine aggregates; 10 to 20 wt% of cement; and remains of water. 20 to 60% of each of coarse aggregates and fine aggregates is steel refining slag which is atomized.
고강도 중량물용 콘크리트 조성물이 소개된다. 그 콘크리트 조성물은 제강슬래그를 아토마이징 처리하여 얻어진 제강SC 스톤, 볼 및 파우더를 굵은 골재 및 잔골재를 대체하여 사용하며, PHC 파일 콘크리트, 해저케이블 보호용 콘크리트, 테트라포드 등과 같이 고강도는 물론 고중량이 요구되는 콘크리트 구조체의 제조에 적합하다.
