COMPOSITE NONWOVEN MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE NONWOVEN
The present invention relates to a composite nonwoven fabric, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a composite nonwoven fabric in which a nonwoven fabric and a textile are integrated. According to the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a composite nonwoven fabric, which comprises: a first nonwoven fabric supply part for supplying a first nonwoven fabric; a textile supply part for supplying a bonding fabric to be closely attached to the upper or the lower surface of the first nonwoven fabric; and a needle-punching part for integrating the first nonwoven fabric with the bonding fabric by means of needle-punching to form a composite nonwoven fabric. The present invention can mass-produce the composite nonwoven fabric in which a nonwoven fabric and a textile are integrated in a simple process, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, as well as enhancing fracture strength, tensile force, and expansibility based on a textile structure, and improving water and air permeability by making the textile, that cannot organize a textile structure due to the thickness thereof, into a nonwoven fabric.
본 발명은 복합 부직포에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 부직포 및 직물이 일체화된 복합 부직포를 제조하는 복합 부직포 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 제1부직포를 공급하는 제1부직포공급부와; 상기 제1부직포의 상면 또는 하면에 밀착되는 결합직물을 공급하는 직물공급부와; 니들펀칭에 의하여 상기 제1부직포 및 상기 결합직물을 일체화하여 복합 부직포를 형성하는 니들펀칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부직포 제조장치를 개시한다.
