GLUELESS LOCKING FLOORING MATERIAL
The present invention provides an unbonded flooring material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the unbonded flooring material has excellent rigidity when compared to a thickness, has excellent coupling strength, has excellent heat resistance property, and has excellent stability for size. The flooring material includes a base material layer formed in a single layer. The base material layer includes: a thermoplastic resin; and an organic fiber dispersed in the thermoplastic resin. Both sides facing each other of the flooring material are a first side unit and a second side unit, and the flooring material has a first protrusion unit and a first groove unit on the first side unit. The flooring material has a second groove unit corresponding to the first protrusion unit, and a second protrusion unit corresponding to the first groove unit on the second side unit.
단일층으로 형성된 기재층을 포함하는 바닥재이고, 상기 기재층은 열가소성 수지 및 상기 열가소성 수지 내에 분산된 유기 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 바닥재의 마주보는 양 측면이 제1 측면부 및 제2 측면부이고, 상기 바닥재는 상기 제1 측면부 상에 제1 돌출부 및 제1 홈부를 형성하고, 상기 바닥재는 상기 제2 측면부 상에 상기 제1 돌출부에 대응하는 형상의 제2 홈부 및 상기 제1 홈부에 대응하는 형상의 제2 돌출부를 형성하는 비접착식 바닥재를 제공한다.
