COLLER PANNEL FOR FRONTAGE AND THE PANNEL MAKING METHOD
The present invention relates to a color spray type color multi-panel and a construction method thereof, which are to improve economic efficiency since the color multi-panel having a color unit on the front side can be efficiently manufactured. The color spay type color multi-panel is made by: a paint spray speed controller (23) controlling the horizontal moving speed of a color spray type sprayer (20) for forming the color multi-panel (40) including a color unit (41) on the front side; a rail (30) moving at a speed controlled by the paint spray speed controller (23); and multiple spray nozzles (21) spraying colors to a mold (10) for forming a panel in the lower end of the color spray type sprayer (20) horizontally moving along the rail (30). A paint mixing unit (22) mixes predetermined colors and supplies the paint with the mixed color before injecting the paint from the spray nozzle (21). Therefore, after the mixed paint is firstly spayed on the floor of the mold (10) for forming a panel by the spray nozzle (21), first concrete is placed onto the inner side of the mold (10) for forming a panel to form a first color unit. A second color unit and a third color unit are formed in order in the same manner as above by injecting a second color onto an area where the first concrete is placed. A wire mesh is installed thereon and normal concrete is placed and cured onto the front side of the color multi-panel (40) in accordance with the thickness of the panel, thereby providing the color multi-panel (40) having the color unit (41) on the front side.
본 발명은 전면부에 색채부(41)가 구비된 색채멀티 패널(40)을 성형 하기 위한 색채분사식 분사기(20)가 좌우로 이동하는 속도를 제어하는 안료분사 속도 제어기(23), 상기 안료분사 속도 제어기(23)에서 제어된 속도에 따라 이동 할수 있도록 형성되는 레일(30), 상기 레일(30)을 따라 좌우로 이동하는 색채분사식 분사기(20)의 하단부에서 패널성형용 금형(10)를 향하여 색채를 분사하는 다수개의 분사노즐(21), 상기 분사노즐(21)에서 알료를 분사하기에 앞서, 안료배합부(22)에서는 소정의 색채로 배합하여 공급하므로, 패널성형용 금형(10)의 바닥면에 배합된 안료를 다수개의 분사노즐(21)에서 1차분사한후, 패널성형용 금형(10)의 내측에 1차콘크리트를 부설하여 제1색채부를 이루고, 상기 제2색채부는 1차콘크리트를 부설부위에 제2색채를 분사하는 같은 방법으로 제 2차 색채부 내지 제 3색채부를 차례대로 성형하고, 그 위에 와이어 매쉬를 부설하여, 패널의 두께에 따라 일반 콘크리트 부설하여 양생이 완료된 상기 전면부에 색채부(41)가 구비된 색채멀티 패널(40)을 옹벽설치부에 시공한다.

The present invention relates to a color spray type color multi-panel and a construction method thereof, which are to improve economic efficiency since the color multi-panel having a color unit on the front side can be efficiently manufactured. 본 발명은 전면부에 색채부(41)가 구비된 색채멀티 패널(40)을 성형 하기 위한 색채분사식 분사기(20)가 좌우로 이동하는 속도를 제어하는 안료분사 속도 제어기(23), 상기 안료분사 속도 제어기(23)에서 제어된 속도에 따라 이동 할수 있도록 형성되는 레일(30), 상기 레일(30)을 따라 좌우로 이동하는 색채분사식 분사기(20)의 하단부에서 패널성형용 금형(10)를 향하여 색채를 분사하는 다수개의 분사노즐(21), 상기 분사노즐(21)에서 알료를 분사하기에 앞서, 안료배합부(22)에서는 소정의 색채로 배합하여 공급하므로, 패널성형용 금형(10)의 바닥면에 배합된 안료를 다수개의 분사노즐(21)에서 1차분사한후, 패널성형용 금형(10)의 내측에 1차콘크리트를 부설하여 제1색채부를 이루고, 상기 제2색채부는 1차콘크리트를 부설부위에 제2색채를 분사하는 같은 방법으로 제 2차 색채부 내지 제 3색채부를 차례대로 성형하고, 그 위에 와이어 매쉬를 부설하여, 패널의 두께에 따라 일반 콘크리트 부설하여 양생이 완료된 상기 전면부에 색채부(41)가 구비된 색채멀티 패널(40)을 옹벽설치부에 시공한다.
