SOUNDPROOFING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE USING SOUNDPROOFING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a soundproofing member used for a noise reduction structure of a house. The soundproofing member comprises: a shock absorbing member; and a paper waterproofing member attached to the upper surface of the shock absorbing member and made of a waterproofing film laminated on a paper material. In addition to this, a manufacturing method for a soundproofing member used for a noise reduction structure of a house includes: a paper waterproofing member manufacturing step of manufacturing a paper waterproofing member by laminating and bonding the waterproofing film to the paper material; and a soundproofing member manufacturing step of manufacturing the soundproofing member by attaching the manufactured paper waterproofing member to the upper surface of the shock absorbing member. Furthermore, a noise reduction structure used for a house comprises: a soundproofing member installed on the upper surface of a foundation floor layer; autoclaved lightweight concrete placed on the upper surface of the soundproofing member; finishing mortar finishing the autoclaved light weight concrete to be flat by including a hot water heating pipe, wherein the hot water heating pipe is arranged on the upper surface of the autoclaved lightweight concrete; and a side soundproofing member installed between the soundproofing member, the autoclave lightweight concrete, the finishing mortar, and a wall surface. The present invention is to provide a soundproofing member with excellent durability against long term deflection caused by pressure after the autoclaved lightweight concrete is placed.
본 발명은 주택의 소음저감구조에 사용되는 차음재에 있어서, 완충재; 및 상기 완충재의 상면에 부착되며, 종이제에 방수필름을 라미네이팅(laminating)하여 구성된 종이방수재; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 주택의 소음저감구조에 사용되는 차음재의 제조방법에 있어서, 종이제에 방수필름을 라미네이팅(laminating) 접착하여 종이방수재를 제조하는 종이방수재제조단계; 및 상기 제조된 종이방수재를 완충재의 상면에 부착하여 차음재를 제조하는 차음재제조단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 주택에 사용되는 소음저감구조에 있어서, 기초 바닥층의 상면에 설치되는 차음재; 상기 차음재의 상면에 타설되는 경량기포콘크리트; 상기 경량기포콘크리트의 상면에 온수난방배관이 배열되고, 상기 온수난방배관을 포함하여 평평하게 마감하는 마감모르타르; 및 상기 차음재, 경량기포콘크리트 및 마감모르타르와 벽면 사이에 설치되는 측면차음재; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a soundproofing member used for a noise reduction structure of a house.
