The purpose of the present invention is to reduce time and manpower required for a hinge assembling work and prevent components from being uncoupled. According to the present invention, the hinge assembling device comprises: a transfer unit sorting and transferring a door frame coupling body and a door coupling body discharged from a press device; a support unit supporting the door frame coupling body and the door coupling body transferred through the transfer unit; a bearing insertion unit inserting a bearing into a hinge intermediate portion of the door frame coupling body and the door coupling body supported by the support unit; a shaft insertion unit inserting a shaft into the hinge of the door frame coupling body and the door coupling body where the bearing is inserted; and a finishing cap insertion unit inserting a finishing cap into both ends of the hinge of the door frame coupling body and the door coupling body where the shaft is inserted.
본 발명은 경첩 조립에 소요되는 시간 및 인력을 절감할 수 있도록 하고 부품 미결합을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 경첩 조립장치는, 프레스장치로부터 배출되는 도어틀 결합체 및 도어 결합체를 분류 이송하는 이송부; 상기 이송부를 통해 이송되는 도어틀 결합체 및 도어 결합체를 지지하는 지지부; 상기 지지부에 의해 지지된 도어틀 결합체 및 도어 결합체의 힌지 중간부에 베어링을 삽입하는 베어링 삽입부; 상기 베어링이 삽입된 도어틀 결합체 및 도어 결합체의 힌지 내측으로 샤프트를 삽입하는 샤프트 삽입부; 상기 샤프트가 삽입된 도어틀 결합체 및 도어 결합체의 힌지 양단에 마감캡을 삽입하는 마감캡 삽입부를 포함한다.
