RECYCLING FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to recycled fiber reinforced concrete using recycled plastic fiber, which comprises: concrete mixed by a predetermined mixing ratio; and a recycled plastic fiber reinforcing material added to the concrete, wherein the recycled plastic fiber reinforcing material is formed in a specific gravity of 0.80-0.92, a length of 15-30 mm, and a diameter of 0.6-1.3 mm, and is mixed by 0.5-2.5% compared to the volume of the concrete. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing recycled fiber reinforced concrete using recycled plastic fiber, which comprises: an aggregate and cement injection step of injecting aggregate and cement; a dry mixing step of mixing materials for the injected aggregate and cement to be evenly mixed; a material injection step of injecting and mixing water and an admixture when the dry mixing step is completed; a primary mixing step of mixing the aggregate, cement, water and admixture when the material injection step is completed; a recycled plastic fiber injection step of injecting and mixing a recycled plastic fiber reinforcing material after the primary mixing step; and a second mixing step of additionally mixing the mixture after the recycled plastic fiber injection step is completed.
본 발명은 재활용 플라스틱 섬유를 이용한 보강 콘크리트에 관한 것으로서, 일정 배합비에 따라 배합되는 콘크리트; 및 콘크리트에 첨가되는 재활용 플라스틱 섬유 보강재;를 포함하며, 재활용 플라스틱 섬유 보강재는 비중 0.80 ~ 0.92, 길이 15 ~ 30 mm, 직경 0.6 ~ 1.3 mm로 형성되고, 콘크리트의 부피 대비 0.5 % ~ 2.5 %로 혼합된다. 또한 본 발명은 재활용 플라스틱 섬유를 이용한 보강 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 골재 및 시멘트를 투입하는 골재 및 시멘트 투입 단계; 투입된 골재 및 시멘트가 고르게 섞이도록 재료를 믹싱하는 건비빔 단계; 건비빔 단계가 완료되면 물과 혼화제를 투입하면서 믹싱하는 재료 투입 단계; 재료 투입 단계가 완료되면, 골재, 시멘트, 물 및 혼화제를 믹싱하는 1차 믹싱 단계; 1차 믹싱 단계 후에 재활용 플라스틱 섬유 보강재를 투입하면서 믹싱하는 재활용 플라스틱 섬유 투입 단계; 및 재활용 플라스틱 섬유 투입 단계가 완료된 상태에서 추가적으로 믹싱하는 2차 믹싱 단계;를 포함한다.
