The present invention relates to an eco-friendly packaging material composition for preventing road surface slip, an eco-friendly packaging material for preventing road surface slip, a producing method thereof, and a constructing method for preventing road surface slip and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly packaging material for preventing road surface slip, and to a producing method thereof. The eco-friendly packaging material for preventing road surface slip has excellent bonding strength, slip resistance, elasticity, durability, and thermal resistance, and material separation between a road surface does not occur due to strong adhesion with the road surface.
