RESILIENT CUSHION FOR COVER OF THE UTILITY-PIPE CONDUIT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COVER OF UTILITY-PIPE CONDUIT
The present invention relates to a resilient cushion for a cover of a utility-pipe conduit which is an underground tunnel accommodating various types of cables, gas pipes, and the like; a cover of an improved utility-pipe conduit; and a construction method for a cover of a utility-pipe conduit using the resilient cushion and cover. According to the present invention, reduction in noise when a vehicle passes is possible; and prevention of deformation and breakdown of the cover of the utility-pipe conduit is also possible. The resilient cushion for a cover of a utility-pipe conduit comprises: an upper protrusion head portion which protrudes upwards in a semi-circular shape inserted into the cover of the utility-pipe conduit; an intermediate step integrally connected to an upper protrusion head portion, protruding outwards to be caught by the cover of the utility-pipe conduit; and a bottom recess portion integrally connected to an intermediate step and recessed in a direction of the protrusion head portion to be folded for easy insertion at the time of being inserted to a mold plate to manufacture the cover of a utility-pipe conduit on a bottom thereof, wherein both sides between the upper protrusion head portion and the intermediate step are configured with first side concave grooves.
본 발명은 상하수도관, 각종 케이블, 가스관 등을 수용하는 지하터널인 공동구 덮개용 탄성 완충구, 개량된 공동구 덮개 및 그를 이용한 공동구 덮개 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 차량 통과 시 소음을 줄일 수 있고, 공동구 덮개의 변형 및 파손을 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a resilient cushion for a cover of a utility-pipe conduit which is an underground tunnel accommodating various types of cables, gas pipes, and the like; a cover of an improved utility-pipe conduit; and a construction method for a cover of a utility-pipe conduit using the resilient cushion and cover.
