COMPOSITE PILE WITH PHC PILE AND STEEL TUBULAR PILE
According to the present invention, a PHC pile (10) has no tables on an upper plane, a buried nut (15) is buried along a circumference of the upper plane of the PHC pile (10), and an upper part of a tendon (11) is tensioned and settled in the buried nut (15). A joint combining part (40) including a bottom plate (41) and an upper vertical plate (42) is located between the PHC pile (10) and a steel pipe pile (20). The joint combining part (40) is integrated with the PHC pile (10) by combining a first bolt (49) to the buried nut (15) by penetrating a first bolt hole (45) after the joint combining part (40) is placed on the upper part of the PHC pile (10). The joint combining part (40) is integrated with the steel pipe pile (20) under the state that the upper vertical plate (42) is inserted into the steel pipe pile (20).
본 발명에서는, PHC 말뚝(10)은 상면에 좌판이 존재하지 않은 채, 매립너트(15)가 PHC 말뚝(10)의 상면에 원주를 따라 매립되어 있고, 긴장재(11)의 상단이 매립너트(15)에 긴장 정착되어 있는 구성을 가지며; 바닥판(41)과 상부수직판(42)을 포함하는 접합결합구(40)가, PHC 말뚝(10)과 강관말뚝(20) 사이에 위치하여, 접합결합구(40)가 PHC 말뚝(10)의 상단에 놓인 후 제1볼트(49)가 제1볼트공(45)을 관통하여 매립너트(15)에 나사결합됨으로써 접합결합구(40)가 PHC 말뚝(10)과 일체화되며, 상부수직판(42)이 강관말뚝(20)의 하단 내부에 끼워진 상태에서 접합결합구(40)가 강관말뚝(20)과 일체화되어 있는 구성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강관말뚝(20)과 PHC 말뚝(10)의 복합말뚝이 제공된다.
