DECORATION FLOOR PANEL HAVING ECO-FRIENDLY, NON-INFLAMMABLE AND ANTI-CURLING PROPERTY
The present invention relates to a decoration floor panel of a building comprising: a base layer (10) generated by bonding a magnesium oxide board to a wood core; a sheet layer (20) generated by combining a core layer (22), a pattern paper layer (24), and an overlay layer (26) and bonded to an upper side of the base layer (10); and a functional member formed by intervening a noise blocking glass fiber and an electromagnetic wave reducing carbon black between the base layer (10) and the sheet layer (20). As such, the present invention has an effect of achieving a prevention of fire by generating a decorative floor panel with increased flame retardancy based on an environmentally friendly property as a building finishing material; and at the same time has the effect of preventing curling causing variation in the dimension during a manufacturing process or usage as the floor panel due to thermal bonding.
본 발명은 건축물의 치장용 마루판에 있어서: 목질 심재에 산화마그네슘 보드를 접합하여 생성되는 기재층(10); 코어층(22), 모양지층(24), 오버레이층(26)을 합지하여 생성되고, 상기 기재층(10)의 상측에 접합되는 시트층(20); 및 상기 기재층(10)과 시트층(20) 사이에 소음차단 유리섬유와 전자파감쇠 카본블랙을 개재시킨 기능부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 건축마감재로서의 친환경성을 기반으로 난연성을 높인 치장 마루판을 생성하여 화재예방을 도모하는 동시에 열접합에 의한 제조과정이나 마루판으로 사용하는 중에 치수 변화를 유발하는 컬링을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
