Provided by the present invention is a floor finishing material for sound insulation, comprising: a sound insulation member consisting of a sound insulation sheet, a plurality of first vibration proof pads and first sound absorbing material parts in order to minimize a transmission of impulse noise generated from the finishing material to a bottom surface while allowing heat generated from the bottom surface to smoothly be transferred to an upper part of the finishing material by a dual structure; and a sound absorbing member consisting of a finishing plate, a plurality of second vibration proof pads, and second sound absorbing material parts positioned on the upper part of the first sound absorbing material parts and the first vibration proof pads. As such, the present invention has an effect capable of leading a comfortable and stable life in the lower stories of a building while maintaining heating efficiency.
이중 구조로 바닥면에서 발생하는 열은 마감재의 상부로 원활하게 전열되도록 하면서 마감재로부터 발생되는 충격 소음은 바닥면으로 전달되는 것을 극소화할 수 있도록 차음시트와, 복수의 제1 방진패드 및 제1 흡음재부로 구성되는 차음부재; 및 상기 제1 방진패드 및 제1 흡음재부의 상부에 상단으로 위치하는 마감판과, 복수의 제2 방진패드 및 제2 흡음재부로 구성되는 흡음부재;를 포함하는 차음용 바닥 마감재를 제공한다. 그에 따라 난방 효율성은 그대로 유지하면서 건축물의 하층에서의 안락하고 안정적인 생활을 영위할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
