ELECTRIC DOOR LATCH APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an electric door latch apparatus of an automobile, which opens a door in an emergency situation such as discharge of an automobile battery, disconnection of a latch motor power cable, etc. To achieve above, the present invention provides the electric door latch apparatus, sensing the operation of an outside handle via a sensor to drive a latch motor and operating a pole pin with the rotational force of the latch motor to open the door, which comprises: a clutch gear installed within a latch housing to receive the rotational force of the latch motor and to rotate; a release lever receiving the rotational force of the clutch gear to rotate; a pole lift lever coupled to the release lever and moving to operate the pole pin by the rotation of the release lever; a door lock mechanism generating actuation force for locking and unlocking the door by using rotational operation after insertion of an automobile key; and a connection mechanism provided to connect the door lock mechanism to the release lever and transferring the operation force, generated from the door lock mechanism when the door is unlocked using the automobile key, to the release lever to operate the pole pin for opening the door.
본 발명은 자동차의 전동식 도어 래치 장치에 관한 것으로서, 차량 배터리의 방전시나 래치 모터의 전원케이블 단선시 등과 같은 비상상황에서도 도어를 오픈시킬 수 있는 전동식 도어 래치 장치를 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 센서를 통해 아웃사이드 핸들의 작동을 감지하여 래치 모터를 구동시키고 래치 모터의 회전력으로 폴 핀을 작동시켜 도어 오픈 작동을 수행하도록 구성된 전동식 도어 래치 장치에 있어서, 래치 하우징 내부에 래치 모터의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하도록 설치되는 클러치 기어; 상기 클러치 기어의 회전력을 전달받아 회전되는 릴리즈 레버; 상기 릴리즈 레버에 결합되어 릴리즈 레버의 회전에 의해 상기 폴 핀을 작동시킬 수 있도록 이동되는 폴 리프트 레버; 차량 키 삽입 후 회전 조작으로부터 도어 록 및 언록을 위한 작동력을 발생시키는 도어록 기구; 및 상기 도어록 기구와 릴리즈 레버 사이를 연결하도록 구비되어 차량 키를 이용한 도어 언록 조작시 도어록 기구로부터 발생한 작동력을 도어 오픈을 위한 폴 핀 작동이 이루어지도록 릴리즈 레버에 전달하는 연결기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 도어 래치 장치가 개시된다.
