FLOOR WITH HIGH THERMAL ISOLATION AND ABSORPTION CAPABILITY OF INTERFLOOR NOISE OF BUILDING
The present invention relates to a floor structure of a building which has excellent heat insulating performance, and is able to efficiently block noise between floors. According to the present invention, the floor structure of a building comprises: a basic floor (10) formed with a concrete slab; an elastic layer (20) positioned on an upper side of the basic floor (10) and formed with a dried polyurethane binder; a reflective layer (30) positioned on an upper side of the elastic layer (20), and formed with a reflective sheet to which a reflective film (32) is attached on a surface; a sound absorption layer (40) positioned on an upper side of the reflective layer (30), and formed with polyurethane concrete; and a finishing layer (50) positioned on an upper side of the sound absorption layer (40). The present invention of the above composition prevents a degradation in heating efficiency by the heat insulating performance, and is able to efficiently block noise and vibration between floors.
본 발명은 단열성능이 우수하고 층간소음을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 건물의 바닥 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 건물의 바닥 구조는 콘크리트 슬라브로 이루어진 기층(10)과; 상기 기층(10)의 상면에 위치하며, 건조 폴리우레탄 바인더로 이루어진 탄성층(20)과; 상기 탄성층(20)의 상면에 위치하며 표면에 반사필름(32)이 부착된 반사지로 이루어진 반사층(30)과; 상기 반사층(30)의 상면에 위치하며 폴리우레탄 콘크리트로 이루어진 흡음층(40) 및; 상기 흡음층(40)의 상면에 위치하는 마감층(50)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 단열성능이 향상됨으로써 난방효율의 저하를 방지하고, 층간 소음과 진동을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있다.
