The present invention relates to a guardrail having cylindrical bumpers, comprising: posts installed apart from each other; an impact absorbing bumper rotationally installed in the post; rails installed in an upper and a lower part of the impact absorbing bumper on the post to face each other across the post, and formed with a bolt assembling groove in a longitudinal direction on a surface facing the post; and a fastening means to fasten the post and a pair of rails. The fastening means of the guardrail having the cylindrical bumpers comprises: a bracket bent in a C-shape to contact in three directions for a pair of rails installed in parallel between the posts; a set of bolt and nut to fasten the post, installed to fixate a bracket surface contacting the post to the post; a set of bolt and nut to fasten the rail, installed to fixate a bracket surface contacting the rail to the rail; and a reinforcement plate installed between a bolt head part of the set of bolt and nut to fasten the rail and the bolt assembling groove on the rail, formed with a pressing part bent with two ends contacting the rail towards an inner surface of the rail when fastening the set of bolt and nut to fasten the rail, and formed with latches having regular intervals on the pressing part. According to the present invention, the guard rail having the cylindrical bumpers provided to protect vehicles, facilities or pedestrians is able to prevent disintegration of assembling between the post and the rails by improving the fastening means to couple the post and the rails, against an external impact. The fastening capability is improved by the latches formed on the ends of the reinforcement plate provided inside the rail, with effects of retaining a normal fastening condition between the post and the rails within a predefined level of impact.
본 발명에 따른 통돌이형 도로방호대는 간격을 두고 설치되는 지주, 상기 지주 상에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 충격흡수통체, 상기 충격흡수통체의 상하측 지주 상에 상기 지주를 기준으로 서로 마주하게 설치되며 상기 지주를 향하는 쪽의 면 상에는 길이방향으로 길게 볼트조립홈이 형성된 레일 및 상기 지주와 상기 한 쌍의 레일이 상호 결합된 상태에 있게 하기 위한 체결수단을 포함하여 구성되는 통돌이형 도로방호대에 있어서, 통돌이형 도로 방호대의 체결수단은, 지주와 지주를 기준으로 한 쌍으로 나란하게 설치되는 레일에 대해 3방향에서 접하게 "ㄷ" 형상으로 절곡 형성된 브라켓; 지주에 접하는 쪽 브라켓 면이 지주에 고정되게 설치되는 지주체결용 볼트 너트 세트; 레일에 접하는 쪽 브라켓 면이 레일에 고정되게 설치되는 레일체결용 볼트 너트 세트; 및 레일체결용 볼트 너트 세트의 볼트 머리부와 레일의 볼트조립홈 사이에 설치되며, 레일 결합용 볼트 너트 세트의 체결시 레일에 접하게 되는 양쪽 끝단이 레일의 안쪽 면을 향하도록 가압부가 절곡 형성되고, 가압부 상에는 일정 간격을 두고 래치가 형성된 보강편; 을 포함하여 구성이 이루어진다.
