ROLLER FOR WINDOW SCREEN AND WINDOW SCREEN FRAME USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a window screen roller and a window screen frame using the same. The window screen roller can be manufactured easily and enables the window screen frame to be opened and closed softly and smoothly by reducing frictional resistance between the window screen frame and a window frame by: manufacturing the window screen roller in order to be able to slide by being in point contact with the window frame; and being assembled by inserting the window screen roller into a sliding groove formed on the window screen frame. Especially, the window screen roller and the window screen frame using the same are able to: reduce time and cost for manufacturing the window screen frame by manufacturing the window screen roller by welding the window screen roller onto corner parts to be integrated when welding each corner part of the window screen frame; and reduce personnel expenses by performing welding using welding equipment. The window screen roller and the window screen frame enable smooth and stable opening and closing operations as the window screen frame can be supported stably through the point contact of multiple lines on the window frame by forming roller protrusions, which are in point contact with the window frame, in multiple lines by being formed on the window screen roller.
본 발명은 창호 틀과 점 접촉하여 슬라이딩할 수 있도록 방충망 롤러를 제작하고, 이 방충망 롤러를 방충망 프레임에 형성한 슬라이딩 홈에 끼워서 조립할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 쉽게 제작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 방충망 프레임과 창호 틀 사이의 마찰 저항을 줄여 부드럽고 원활하게 방충망 프레임을 여닫을 수 있게 한 방충망 롤러와 이를 이용한 방충망 프레임을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 이러한 방충망 롤러를 방충망 프레임의 각 모서리 부분을 융착할 때 이 모서리 부분과 함께 일체로 융착하여 제작할 수 있게 함으로써, 이러한 방충망 프레임의 제조 시간과 제조 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 융착 장치를 통해 이러한 융착이 이루어지므로 인건비를 줄일 수 있게 한 방충망 롤러와 이를 이용한 방충망 프레임을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 방충망 롤러에 형성하여 창호 틀과 점 접촉하는 롤러 돌기를 여러 줄로 형성함으로써, 방충망 프레임이 창호 틀 위에서 여러 줄의 점 접촉을 통해 안정적으로 지지를 받을 수 있어 더욱 부드럽고 안정적으로 여닫을 수 있게 한 방충망 롤러와 이를 이용한 방충망 프레임을 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
