SUPPORT REINFORCING APPARATUS FOR GUARDRAIL POST
The present invention relates to a support reinforcing apparatus for a guardrail post. According to the present invention, a reinforcing body (20) with one side open by a cut part (22) is provided to reinforce a strength of a post (10) installed in a ground (1′). The inner surface of the reinforcing body (20) is closely attached to an outer surface of the post (10) with a part of an upper portion exposed over the ground (1′). The reinforcing body (20) is provided with a supporting plate (30) comprising a mounting part (34) mounted on the reinforcing body (20), and a pressure receiving part (32) bent in a predefined angle to the mounting part (34). The pressure receiving part (32) performs a role of resisting against a soil pressure in the ground (1′). The width of the cut part (22) is formed to be greater than zero and less than half of a circumference of an outer surface of the post (10) when the reinforcing body (20) is mounted on the outer surface of the post (10). The supporting plate (30) is engaged to the reinforcing body (20) and the post (10) through a fastening hole (40). According to the present invention, the apparatus reinforces the strength of the post (10) in a simple structure, with an advantage of rigidly mounting to the post (10) as a structure to increase a resistance force against the soil pressure in the ground (1′).
본 발명은 가드레일용 지주보강장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 지면(1')에 설치되는 지주(10)의 강도를 보강하는 보강체(20)가 일측이 절개부(22)에 의해 개방되게 형성된다. 상기 보강체(20)의 내면은 상기 지주(10)의 외면에 밀착되어 설치되고, 상단의 일부가 지면(1')의 상부로 노출되게 설치된다. 상기 보강체(20)에는 지지판(30)이 설치되는데, 상기 지지판(30)은 상기 보강체(20)에 장착되는 장착부(34)와 상기 장착부(34)에 대해 소정의 각도로 절곡된 수압부(32)로 구성된다. 상기 수압부(32)는 지면(1') 내에서 토압에 대해 저항하는 역할을 한다. 상기 절개부(22)의 폭은 보강체(20)가 지주(10)의 외면에 장착되었을 때, 상기 지주(10)의 외면 둘레의 절반보다는 작고 0보다는 크게 형성된다. 상기 지지판(30)은 상기 보강체(20)와 지주(10)에 체결구(40)를 통해 체결된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 간단한 구조로 지주(10)의 강도를 보강할 수 있고, 지면(1') 내에서 토압에 대한 저항력을 크게 하기 위한 구성이 견고하게 지주(10)에 장착되는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a support reinforcing apparatus for a guardrail post. According to the present invention, a reinforcing body (20) with one side open by a cut part (22) is provided to reinforce a strength of a post (10) installed in a ground (1′). The inner surface of the reinforcing body (20) is closely attached to an outer surface of the post (10) with a part of an upper portion exposed over the ground (1′). The reinforcing body (20) is provided with a supporting plate (30) comprising a mounting part (34) mounted on the reinforcing body (20), and a pressure receiving part (32) bent in a predefined angle to the mounting part (34). 본 발명은 가드레일용 지주보강장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 지면(1')에 설치되는 지주(10)의 강도를 보강하는 보강체(20)가 일측이 절개부(22)에 의해 개방되게 형성된다. 상기 보강체(20)의 내면은 상기 지주(10)의 외면에 밀착되어 설치되고, 상단의 일부가 지면(1')의 상부로 노출되게 설치된다. 상기 보강체(20)에는 지지판(30)이 설치되는데, 상기 지지판(30)은 상기 보강체(20)에 장착되는 장착부(34)와 상기 장착부(34)에 대해 소정의 각도로 절곡된 수압부(32)로 구성된다. 상기 수압부(32)는 지면(1') 내에서 토압에 대해 저항하는 역할을 한다. 상기 절개부(22)의 폭은 보강체(20)가 지주(10)의 외면에 장착되었을 때, 상기 지주(10)의 외면 둘레의 절반보다는 작고 0보다는 크게 형성된다. 상기 지지판(30)은 상기 보강체(20)와 지주(10)에 체결구(40)를 통해 체결된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 간단한 구조로 지주(10)의 강도를 보강할 수 있고, 지면(1') 내에서 토압에 대한 저항력을 크게 하기 위한 구성이 견고하게 지주(10)에 장착되는 이점이 있다.
