ONE-WAY HOLLOW SLAB PRECAST MODUL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a one-way hollow slab precast module and a construction method thereof which do not require the installation of a connection member to facilitate installation, to reduce the number of members, and to have a simple process such that construction periods can be reduced. The one-way hollow slab precast module comprises: a truss structure (10) having lower rebars (11) and shear reinforcement parts (12) repeatedly formed in an uneven shape while being arranged at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the lower rebars (11) to meet the lower rebars (11) at right angles; hollow bodies (20) fixated to the shear reinforcement parts (12); and concrete (30) to surround the hollow bodies (20) and the truss structure (10) to be fixed in a state where both ends of the shear reinforcement parts (12) are exposed to the outside. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the one-way hollow slab precast modules are connected to each other, both ends of the shear reinforcement parts exposed to the outside are overlapped with each other to be fixated by mortar; thereby eliminating the installation of a connection member. Thus, the present invention facilitates the installation, reduces the number of members, has a simple process, and reduces construction periods.
본 발명은 별도의 연결부재를 설치할 필요가 없어 설치가 용이하면서도 부재수의 절감 및 공정이 보다 단순해져 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 일방향 중공슬래브 프리캐스트 모듈과 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 하부근(11)과, 요철형상으로 반복형성되어 하부근(11)과 직교되게 하부근(11)의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 배치되는 전단보강부(12)로 구성된 트러스구조체(10)와; 상기 전단보강부(12)에 고정되는 중공체(20)와; 상기 전단보강부(12)의 양단부가 외부로 노출되도록 중공체 (20)및 트러스구조체(10)를 감싸 고정하는 콘크리트(30);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예에 의하면, 일방향 중공슬래브 프리캐스트 모듈을 상호 이음시 외부로 노출된 전단보강부의 양단부가 상호 겹쳐져 몰탈에 의해 상호 고정되므로 별도의 연결부재를 설치할 필요가 없어 설치가 용이해지면서도 부재수의 절감 및 공정이 보다 단순해지는 이점과 더불어서 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
