HYDRAULIC BREAKER OIL LEAKAGE PREVENTING UNIT
The present invention relates to a member for preventing oil leakage from a hydraulic breaker. According to the present invention, the member for preventing oil leakage from a hydraulic breaker comprises: a ring-shaped body having a hole through which a piston of the hydraulic breaker passes; an inner circumferential rib unit which protrudes from one side of the top of the body and comes in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the piston; an outer circumferential rib unit which protrudes from the other side of the top of the body; and a holding unit whose cross-section is formed in a U-shape with a ring-shaped groove in between the inner circumferential rib unit and the outer circumferential rib unit and which fills the groove and connects the side surfaces of the inner circumferential rib unit and the outer circumferential rib unit. Accordingly, the present invention can suppress the excessive deformation of a packing due to oil pressure, thereby maintaining contact with the outer circumferential surface and preventing oil leakage. The present invention can also improve the durability and extend the life of the hydraulic breaker.
본 발명은 유압브레이커의 오일 누설 방지부재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유압브레이커의 오일 누설 방지부재는, 유압브레이커의 피스톤이 통과되는 통공을 갖는 환상의 바디와, 상기 바디의 상부 일측에 돌출되어 형성되어 상기 피스톤의 외주면에 접촉되는 내주 립부와, 상기 바디의 상부 타측에 돌출되어 형성되는 외주 립부로 구성되고, 상기 내주 립부와 외부 립부 사이에는 환상의 홈이 형성되어 단면이 U자 형상으로 이루어지되, 상기 홈을 메꾸면서 양측의 내주 립부와 외주 립부의 측면을 연결하는 홀딩부가 형성되어 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 오일의 압력으로 인한 패킹의 과도한 형상 변형을 최대한 억제할 수 있으므로, 피스톤의 외주면과의 밀착 상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있어 오일의 누설을 방지할 수 있고, 내구성이 향상될 수 있어 수명이 연장되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a member for preventing oil leakage from a hydraulic breaker.
