DOOR FRAME HAVING REINFORCEMENT FRAME WITH CONNECTION GROOVE
The present invention relates to a door frame (21) with a reinforcement frame coupling groove. In a frame which comprises both protruding parts (48, 49) formed on the outer surface of the door frame (21) and a coupling groove which is formed on the inner surface of the both protruding parts (48, 49) and compulsorily couples and hooks a hooking part of a reinforcement frame, the coupling groove may alternatively form any one among: short inclined grooves (531, 541) and long inclined grooves (532, 542); inclined grooves (571, 572, 581, 582) in the same length; and short horizontal grooves (551, 561) and long inclined grooves (552, 562) in order to compulsorily couple and hook the hooking part of the reinforcement frame. In addition, the frame comprises a protruding part (55) formed at the center of the bottom (50) of the door frame (21) and further comprises short inclined grooves (591, 601) and long inclined grooves (592, 602) at both sides of the protruding part (55), therefore the reinforcement frame is compulsorily coupled and hooked to a female and male coupling structure. Through a close fixation by compulsorily coupling to a door frame without using a drill piece or a self-drilling screw, the strength of the door frame is greatly enhanced, workability is enhanced, overall costs can be sharply reduced, and productivity is improved.
본 발명은 보강프레임 결합홈을 갖는 문틀(21)에 관한 것으로, 문틀(21)의 외측면에 형성되는 양측 돌출부(48)(49)와, 양측 돌출부(48)(49)의 안쪽면에 형성되고 보강프레임의 걸림부가 억지결합 및 걸림되는 결합홈을 포함하는 문틀에 있어서; 상기 결합홈은, 보강프레임의 걸림부가 억지결합 및 걸림될 수 있도록, 길이가 짧은 경사홈(531)(541)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(532)(542), 또는 길이가 같은 경사홈(571)(572)(581)(582), 또는 짧은 수평홈(551)(561)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(552)(562) 중 어느 하나가 교대로 형성될 수 있으며, 문틀(21)의 바닥(50) 중앙에 형성되는 돌출부(55)를 포함하되, 상기 돌출부(55)의 양측면에 형성되는 길이가 짧은 경사홈(591)(601)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(592)(602)을 더 포함함으로써 보강프레임이 암수 결합 구조로 억지 결합 및 걸림되며, 직결피스(Drill piece, Self drill screw)를 사용하지 않고 문틀에 억지 결합시켜 밀착 고정함으로써 문틀의 강도가 크게 보강되고, 작업성이 간편하며, 전체 비용은 대폭 절감되고 생산성은 향상되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a door frame (21) with a reinforcement frame coupling groove. In a frame which comprises both protruding parts (48, 49) formed on the outer surface of the door frame (21) and a coupling groove which is formed on the inner surface of the both protruding parts (48, 49) and compulsorily couples and hooks a hooking part of a reinforcement frame, the coupling groove may alternatively form any one among: short inclined grooves (531, 541) and long inclined grooves (532, 542); inclined grooves (571, 572, 581, 582) in the same length; and short horizontal grooves (551, 561) and long inclined grooves (552, 562) in order to compulsorily couple and hook the hooking part of the reinforcement frame. In addition, the frame comprises a protruding part (55) formed at the center of the bottom (50) of the door frame (21) and further comprises short inclined grooves (591, 601) and long inclined grooves (592, 602) at both sides of the protruding part (55), therefore the reinforcement frame is compulsorily coupled and hooked to a female and male coupling structure. Through a close fixation by compulsorily coupling to a door frame without using a drill piece or a self-drilling screw, the strength of the door frame is greatly enhanced, workability is enhanced, overall costs can be sharply reduced, and productivity is improved.
본 발명은 보강프레임 결합홈을 갖는 문틀(21)에 관한 것으로, 문틀(21)의 외측면에 형성되는 양측 돌출부(48)(49)와, 양측 돌출부(48)(49)의 안쪽면에 형성되고 보강프레임의 걸림부가 억지결합 및 걸림되는 결합홈을 포함하는 문틀에 있어서; 상기 결합홈은, 보강프레임의 걸림부가 억지결합 및 걸림될 수 있도록, 길이가 짧은 경사홈(531)(541)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(532)(542), 또는 길이가 같은 경사홈(571)(572)(581)(582), 또는 짧은 수평홈(551)(561)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(552)(562) 중 어느 하나가 교대로 형성될 수 있으며, 문틀(21)의 바닥(50) 중앙에 형성되는 돌출부(55)를 포함하되, 상기 돌출부(55)의 양측면에 형성되는 길이가 짧은 경사홈(591)(601)과 길이가 긴 경사홈(592)(602)을 더 포함함으로써 보강프레임이 암수 결합 구조로 억지 결합 및 걸림되며, 직결피스(Drill piece, Self drill screw)를 사용하지 않고 문틀에 억지 결합시켜 밀착 고정함으로써 문틀의 강도가 크게 보강되고, 작업성이 간편하며, 전체 비용은 대폭 절감되고 생산성은 향상되는 효과가 있다.
