FERRITE COMPOSITION FOR RADIO WAVE ABSORBER AND RADIO WAVE ABSORBER
The present invention provides a radio wave absorber and a ferrite composition for the corresponding radio wave absorber which has high attenuation characteristics at a high frequency band of 100-400 MHz, and has excellent chipping resistance with low costs. The ferrite composition for the radio wave absorber comprises: an iron oxide of 39.0-47.0 mol% by Fe_2O_3 conversion and a zinc oxide of 14.0-20.0 mol% by ZnO conversion. A remainder of the ferrite composition has a main component constituted with a manganese oxide, and contains at least a silicon oxide of 50-200 weight ppm by SiO_2 conversion, a calcium oxide of 200-2500 weight ppm by CaO conversion, and a cobalt oxide of 1000-7000 weight ppm as sub components; to the main 100 wt% of the component.
100~400MHz의 고주파수 대역에서 높은 반사 감쇠 특성을 가지고, 내치핑성이 뛰어나며, 비용이 저렴한 전파 흡수체 및 해당 전파 흡수체용 페라이트 조성물을 제공한다. 산화철을 FeO환산으로 39.0~47.0몰%, 산화아연을 ZnO 환산으로 14.0~20.0몰%를 함유하고, 잔부가 산화망간으로 구성되는 주성분을 가지고, 상기 주성분 100중량%에 대해, 부성분으로서 적어도 산화규소를 SiO환산으로 50~200중량ppm, 산화칼슘을 CaO 환산으로 200~2500중량ppm, 산화코발트를 CoO 환산으로 1000~7000중량ppm 함유하는 전파 흡수체용 페라이트 조성물.
