APPARATUS OF ANTITHEFT AND WORKING HOURS RECORDING FOR AN ATTACHMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
The present invention relates to an antitheft apparatus for an attachment mounted on a front end of a hydraulic excavator, comprising an antitheft terminal, an upper cover, a lower cover, and dust preventives. The antitheft terminal periodically transmits a warning alert and global positioning system (GPS) position information to the outside when the attachment is robbed. The upper cover and the lower cover accommodate and cover an antitheft terminal and are fixated to the interior of the attachment. The dust preventives are embedded in the interiors of the upper cover and the lower cover to block vibration transferred to the antitheft terminal from the outside. The antitheft apparatus for the attachment is developed to be capable of tracing the position of the attachment when the attachment is robbed. According to the present invention, vibration in a frequency band of 200 to 500Hz, which is generated when the attachment is operated, is intensively blocked, thereby improving durability and extending the life span of the antitheft terminal and effectively preventing a malfunction to secure an accurate operation. In addition, according to the present invention, the antitheft terminal embedded inside the upper cover and the lower cover periodically transmits a warning alert and the GPS position information to the outside when the attachment is robbed, thereby obtaining a further superior effect that the position of the robbed attachment can rapidly be traced, and the attachment can be retrieved.
본 발명은 유압식 굴삭기의 전단에 장착된 어태치먼트의 도난방지장치에 관한 것으로, 어태치먼트의 도난 발생시 외부로 경보 알림 및 GPS 위치정보를 정기적으로 송출하는 도난방지 단말기; 상기 도난방지 단말기를 내장하여 에워싸고, 어태치먼트의 내부에 고정되는 상,하부 커버; 및 상기 상,하부 커버의 내부에 내장되어 외부로부터 도난방지 단말기로 전달되는 진동을 차단시키는 방진재;를 포함하여 어태치먼트의 도난 발생시, 어태치먼트의 위치 추적이 가능하도록 개선된 어태치먼트 도난방지장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 어태치먼트의 작업시 발생되는 200∼500Hz 주파수 대역의 진동을 중점적으로 차단시켜서 도난방지 단말기의 내구성 및 수명을 연장시키고, 오동작을 효과적으로 방지하여 정확하게 작동할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 의하면 상,하부 커버의 내부에 내장된 도난방지 단말기가 어태치먼트의 도난 발생시, 외부로 경보 알림 및 GPS 위치정보를 정기적으로 송출함으로써 도난물의 신속한 위치 추적이 가능하고, 쉽게 회수할 수 있는 매우 우수한 효과가 얻어진다.

The present invention relates to an antitheft apparatus for an attachment mounted on a front end of a hydraulic excavator, comprising an antitheft terminal, an upper cover, a lower cover, and dust preventives. The antitheft terminal periodically transmits a warning alert and global positioning system (GPS) position information to the outside when the attachment is robbed. The upper cover and the lower cover accommodate and cover an antitheft terminal and are fixated to the interior of the attachment.
