Disclosed is a light emitting traffic sign integrated with an energy saving crossway light. The light emitting traffic sign integrated with the energy saving crossway light includes: a sign light (170) lighting a sign (110) on a front surface of the inside of a main body (100) and installed in a horizontal rod (20) of a post (10); and a crossway light (190) lighting a lower crossway by lighting the bottom surface. The light emitting traffic sign integrated with the energy saving crossway light also includes: a traffic signal controller (50) controlling traffic lights (40) for a crosswalk and a traffic light (30) for a crossway; a first power supply unit (160) supplying power to the sign lights (170); a second power supply unit (180) supplying the power to the crossway light (190); and a controller (150) controlling lighting and lights-out of the sign light (170) and the crossway lights (190) by applying a signal to the first power supply unit (160) and the second power supply unit (180) and controlling the lighting and lights-out of the sign light (170) and the crossway light (190) by being interlocked with the control of the traffic lights (40) for a crosswalk and the crossway lights of the traffic signal controller (50) by being connected to the traffic signal controller (50) to change signals.
