FIXING APPARATUS FOR OPEN-JOINT TYPE PANEL
Disclosed is an open joint type panel fixing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an open joint type fixing device for fixing a finished panel installed in an open joint type to an external wall of a building, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an open joint type panel fixing device, which is made of a simple structure such that manufacturing costs are saved and a construction period is shortened, and enhances adhesive strength by fixing the finishing panel through a medium of an adhesive material so as not to be moved by external force, such as wind. In order to achieve this purpose, regarding the finishing panel installed to form a gap in a vertical direction and maintain a certain space from an external wall or an internal wall of a building, a frame member fixed to the external wall or the internal wall, and the panel fixing device for fixing the finishing panel to the frame member, the panel fixing device comprises: a panel supporting plate, wherein a supporting piece protrudes from one side of a lower part to a certain length in order to support the finishing panel, and an insertion groove is formed below the supporting piece to a certain depth; a fixing guider whose one side is inserted into the insertion groove to be fixed thereto to be detachable in order to support the supporting piece, and the other side forms a pressurizing piece in order to pressurize an external surface of the finishing panel supported by the supporting piece; a fixing element for fixing the panel supporting plate to the frame member; and the adhesive material arranged between the frame member and the finishing panel in order to bond the finishing panel to the frame member.
본 발명은 오픈조인트 타입 패널고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건물의 외벽에 오픈조인트 타입으로 설치되는 마감패널을 고정하기 위한 오픈조인트 타입 패널고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 건물의 외벽 또는 내벽에 일정 간격을 유지하며 상하방향으로 틈새가 형성되게 설치되는 마감패널과, 상기 외벽 또는 내벽에 고정되는 틀부재와, 상기 틀부재에 상기 마감패널을 고정하기 위한 패널고정장치에 있어서, 상기 패널고정장치는, 상기 마감패널을 지지하기 위해 하부 일측에 일정 길이로 지지편이 돌출되고 그 지지편의 아래쪽에 일정 깊이로 끼움홈이 형성된 패널지지판과, 상기 끼움홈에 일측이 착탈가능하게 끼움결합되어 상기 지지편을 지지하도록 구비되고 타측에는 상기 지지편에 지지된 마감패널의 외면을 가압하도록 가압편이 형성된 고정안내구와, 상기 패널지지판을 틀부재에 고정하기 위한 고정수단과, 상기 틀부재와 마감패널 사이에 마련되어 상기 마감패널을 틀부재에 접착하기 위한 접착제를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
