The present invention provides an environmentally friendly nonslip flooring material including a transparent layer and a nonslip layer. The transparent layer is formed by extruding, calendaring, or blow-molding a composition containing a crystalline polylactic acid resin. A non-isothermal crystallization half-life (t_1/2) of the crystalline polylactic acid resin lasts for 10-10^3 minutes. The environmentally friendly nonslip flooring material contains 5-65 wt% of the crystalline polylactic acid resin. An embodiment of the present invention provides the environmentally friendly nonslip flooring material providing excellent slip preventing performance, excellent machinability, and excellent restoring force.
