LAMINATED LAYER PACKER FOR PRESSURE TYPE MICROPILE
Disclosed is a piling-up type packer for a pressure-type micro-pile. The piling-up type packer for a pressure-type micro-pile includes: a supporting member protruding from the outer circumference of a reinforcing material inputted into a borehole; a preventing member positioned on the top of the supporting member and preventing a flow of a fluid; a foaming member positioned on the top of the preventing member, including an expandable water-stopping material, and pressing a casing mounted inside the borehole; and a solidification member positioned on the top of the foaming member and fixated to the reinforcing material by being solidified inside the borehole. The piling-up type packer for the pressure-type micro-pile is capable of preventing a loss of a grouting injecting pressure when piling the micro-pile.
가압식 마이크로파일용 적층식 팩커에 관한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 가압식 마이크로파일용 적층식 팩커는, 천공홀에 삽입되는 보강재의 외주면에 돌출 형성되는 지지부재와, 지지부재의 상측에 위치하며, 유체의 이동을 차단하는 차단부재와, 차단부재의 상측에 위치하며, 팽창성 지수재를 포함하여 이루어져, 천공홀의 내부에 장착되는 케이싱을 가압하는 발포부재와, 발포부재의 상측에 위치하며, 천공홀 내부에서 응결되어 보강재에 고정되는 응결부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
