SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
A construction equipment control system includes: a control part which stores relation among engine rpm-hydraulic pump torque-fuel consumption according to each of a plurality of work types in a plurality of fuel efficiency maps in advance, and then obtains current fuel consumption corresponding to current engine rpm and hydraulic pump torque per each of the plurality of fuel efficiency maps by referring to the plurality of fuel efficiency maps; an output part (640) which receives information on the plurality of fuel consumption obtained per each of the plurality of fuel efficiency maps from the control part and then outputs the information to a driver; and a fuel efficiency map selection part (630) which selects one of the plurality of fuel efficiency maps by the driver. The control part controls construction equipment according to the fuel efficiency map selected through the fuel efficiency map selection part. The objective of the present invention is to improve fuel consumption without performance degradation in all types of works.
복수의 작업유형별로 엔진 회전수-유압펌프 토오크-연료소모량의 관계를 복수의 연료효율맵으로 미리 저장하여 두고, 현재의 엔진 회전수 및 유압펌프 토오크에 대응되는 연료소모량을 상기 복수의 연료효율맵을 참조하여 상기 복수의 연료효율맵별로 얻는 제어부와; 상기 복수의 연료효율맵별로 얻어진 상기 복수의 연료소모량들의 정보를 상기 제어부로부터 전송 받아 운전자에게 출력하는 출력부(640)와; 운전자로부터 상기 복수의 연료효율맵 중 택일하는 선택을 받는 연료효율맵선택부(630)를 포함한다. 상기 제어부는, 상기 연료효율맵선택부를 통하여 선택된 상기 연료효율맵에 따라 건설기계를 제어한다.
