The present invention provides a latch structure of a tailgate. The latch structure of a tailgate comprises: a housing, a catch, a pole, a rail and a link arm. The housing has an opening groove formed thereon to allow the striker to enter. The catch has a locking groove formed thereon and is mounted on the interior of the housing in such a manner that an opening position of the catch is maintained by a spring to allow the striker to enter the locking groove, and when the striker finally enters the opening groove, the catch is rotated to be at a locking position to restrict the striker. The pole is installed in such a manner that the pole is spaced from the catch and is rotated in the housing and allows a protruding part to enter the locking groove when the catch is rotated to restrict the rotation of the catch. The rail is fixed to the housing and has a sliding groove formed thereon. The link arm has one end rotationally coupled to the catch and the other end mounted to be moved along the sliding groove by the rotation of the catch. A stopper is formed on the sliding groove to restrict the movement of the link arm to prevent the catch from rotating reversely after the catch is rotated from the locking position to the opening position. According to the present invention, when the catch is shifted from a half-locked state into an unlocked state, an unintended operation of the catch can be prevented.
본 발명은, 스트라이커의 진입이 가능하도록 개구홈이 형성된 하우징;과 잠금홈이 형성되고, 스프링에 의해 스트라이커가 상기 잠금홈으로 진입가능한 열림위치를 유지하되 스트라이커가 개구홈에 최종 진입하면 스트라이커를 구속하는 락킹위치로 회동하도록 상기 하우징 내에서 장착되는 캐치; 및 상기 캐치와 이격되어 하우징에서 회동가능하게 장착되며, 상기 캐치가 회동하면 돌출부가 잠금홈에 진입하여 캐치의 회동을 구속하는 폴;을 포함하는 테일게이트의 랫치 구조로써, 상기 하우징에서 고정되며 활주홈이 형성된 레일; 및 일측 끝단은 캐치에 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 캐치의 회동에 의해 타측 끝단은 활주홈을 따라 이동가능하게 장착되는 링크암;을 포함하며, 상기 캐치가 락킹위치에서 열림위치로 회동한 다음에 역회전을 방지되도록 활주홈에는 링크암의 이동을 구속할 수 있는 스토퍼가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention provides a latch structure of a tailgate. The latch structure of a tailgate comprises: a housing, a catch, a pole, a rail and a link arm.
