The present invention relates to an impurity removing device capable of physically removing impurities contained in wastewater. The impurity removing device includes: a screen drum filtering the impurities; a cleaning water supply line with at least one injection port to inject cleaning water to separate the filtered impurities from the screen drum; and a screw installed inside a transferring pipe arranged to be inclined at a preset angle in a waterway to forcibly transfer the separated impurities. Additionally, a water-screen bearing supporting the screen drum on the outer circumference of the transferring pipe to be able to rotate is included. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an impurity removing device of which the efficiency of purifying wastewater is improved.
본 발명은 오폐수 내에 함유된 협잡물을 물리적으로 제거하는 협잡물 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 협잡물 제거장치는, 협잡물을 걸러내는 스크린 드럼과, 걸러진 협잡물을 스크린 드럼으로부터 탈리시키기 위해 세척수를 분사하기 위한 적어도 하나의 분사공이 형성된 세척수 공급라인과, 탈리된 협잡물을 압송시키기 위해 사전에 결정된 각도로 수로 내에 경사 배치된 이송관 내에 설치되는 스크류를 구비하는 협잡물 제거장치로서, 스크린 드럼을 이송관의 외주 상에 회전 가능하게 지지하는 수막 베어링을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an impurity removing device capable of physically removing impurities contained in wastewater.
