The present invention forms a mosquito net and a filter in a cross direction on the mosquito net and filter installing member, which can vertically rotate, to let the mosquito net block the open space for insect control and ventilation purposes. For prevention of dust such as yellow dust and fine dust, prevention of noise, and protection against the wind, the filter (felt) is made to block the open space. Thus, the present invention can achieve various purposes since it can be selectively used according to the needs of the user.

본 발명은 중앙부에 축 결합부를 구비하는 바닥판과 상기 바닥판의 양측에 개방공간이 형성되도록 서로 이격되어 고정설치되고 안쪽으로는 호형면(弧形面)이 구비되는 한 쌍의 외측케이스와 상기 외측케이스의 상단에 고정결합되고 중앙에 축결합부를 구비하는 상판에 의해 본체를 이루고, 상단에 축이 돌출된 상부회전판과 하단에 축이 돌출된 하부회전판과 상기 상부회전판과 하부회전판 사이에 설치되는 한쌍의 측면차단판에 의해 회전부재를 이루되, 상기 상부회전판과 하부회전판 사이에서 회전하는 방충망 및 필터 설치부재가 설치되도록 하되 상기 방충망 및 필터 설치부재는 상부회전판 중앙 하단에 돌출된 돌기와, 하부회전판 중앙 상단에 돌출된 돌기에 끼워져 회전가능한 돌기결합부와, 상기 돌기결합부로 부터 십자방향으로 각각 돌출되는 삽입홈을 구비하는 날개부와, 상기 삽입홈에는 결합돌기를 구비하는 분리판이 결합되도록 구성되는 십자형 수직회전날개를 구비하는 갤러리용 창호를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 수직으로 회전가능한 방충망 및 필터 설치부재에 십자방향으로 방충망과 필터를 형성하고 방충과 환기를 목적으로 할 때는 방충망이 개방공간을 차단하도록 하고, 황사나 미세먼지 등의 방진과 방음, 방풍을 위해서는 필터(부직포)가 개방공간을 차단하도록 함으로써 사용자의 필요에 따라 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 목적을 달성할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
