DISPOSAL EQUIPMENT FOR FOOD WASTE MATTERS
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device comprising: a grinding housing including a bottom plate wherein a ground-matter discharge hole is formed, and a side bar covering an edge of the bottom plate; at least two grinding cutters stacked on a top surface of the bottom plate to allow cutting blades to be towards a side, and arranged to maintain at a preset distance from each other; and a motor rotating a pair of cutting blades. According to the present invention, the food waste disposal device is capable of finely grinding food waste with a small number of grinding cutters, effectively grinding the food waste by preventing the food waste from sliding down an inner wall of the grinding housing; and improving an effect of decomposing the food waste with microorganisms.
본 발명에 의한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치는, 분쇄물 배출공이 형성된 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판의 가장자리를 둘러싸는 사이드바를 포함하는 분쇄하우징; 분쇄날이 측방을 향하도록 상기 바닥판 상면에 적층되되, 상호 간에 사전에 설정된 크기의 이격거리를 유지하는 둘 이상의 분쇄커터; 상기 한 쌍의 분쇄커터를 회전시키는 모터;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 이용하면, 적은 개수의 분쇄커터로 음식물 쓰레기를 곱게 분쇄할 수 있고, 음식물 쓰레기가 분쇄하우징의 내벽을 타고 미끄러지는 현상을 방지함으로써 음식물 쓰레기를 보다 효과적으로 분쇄할 수 있으며, 미생물에 의한 음식물 분해효과가 향상된다는 장점이 있다.
